Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez strukture kompozycje tresci graficznej, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke i ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku ilustrujacym znak graficzny w widoku z przodu. Zewnetrzna krawedz kola oplata napis w ciemnym kolorze. Po obu stronach kola sa rozmieszczone ornamenty, utworzone za pomoca przeplatajacych sie fantazyjnie jasnych linii. Wewnatrz skrajnego okraglego pola znajduje sie rysunek utworzony za pomoca ciemnej linii zakreslajacej kontur ptaka z podniesionymi skrzydlami. Rysunek obwiedziony jest ciemnymi napisami o charakterze informacyjnym. Dolny element podzielny jest na dwa wzdluzne, nieproporcjonalne pola. Na polu górnym na ja- snym tle rozmieszczone sa poziome linie w lsniacym kolorze. Na ich tle widnieje napis tworzacy znak, utworzony za pomoca czcionki w ciemnym kolorze. Powyzej napisu tworzacego znak sa gwiazdki w ciemnym kolorze, przy czym gwiazdka srodkowa jest wieksza od pozostalych. Górna krawedz zna- ku tworzy linia w lsniacym kolorze. Ponizej napisu tworzacego znak jest rozmieszczony fantazyjny motyw graficzny w lsniacym kolorze. Ponizej motywu usytuowany jest róznobarwny pasek, oddzielaja- cy górne pole elementu od dolnego pola. Pole dolne jest w ciemnym kolorze i jest mniejsze od pola górnego. Na tle tego pola znajduje sie motyw graficzny przedstawiajacy rozmieszczone obok siebie medaliony w lsniacym kolorze. Po obu stronach, na dole paska znajduja sie napisy o charakterze in- formacyjnym. The graphic sign, in accordance with the industrial design, may be used on glass and plastic packaging, and in particular on bottles of alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterizing form of the product, given to it by the structure, composition of the graphic content, arrangement of lines, contours, colors and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing illustrating the graphic sign in front view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing include that the graphic form with the word element of the design is distinguished by a stylized font of letters arranged on two graphic elements. The upper element has an elongated, arc-shaped profile, with a concave upper edge and a convex lower edge. In the middle and at one of the ends, the upper element is provided with round fields, while at the other end with obliquely inclined edges. The lower element has the shape of a quadrangle. The background of the upper element is in a light colour. A multicoloured line is placed along the edge of this element. Inscriptions of an informative nature are placed in the middle of this element. Inside the central round field, there is a graphic motif depicting a dark-coloured circle, inside which a stylised letter is inscribed, surrounded by stars in a shiny colour. The outer edge of the circle is surrounded by an inscription in a dark colour. On both sides of the circle, there are ornaments created using fancifully intertwined light lines. Inside the outermost round field there is a drawing created with a dark line outlining the outline of a bird with raised wings. The drawing is surrounded by dark inscriptions of an informative nature. The lower element is divided into two longitudinal, disproportionate fields. In the upper field, horizontal lines in a shiny color are placed on a light background. On their background there is an inscription creating a sign, created using a dark font. Above the inscription creating the sign there are stars in a dark color, with the middle star being larger than the others. The upper edge of the sign is formed by a line in a shiny color. Below the inscription creating the sign, there is a fanciful graphic motif in a shiny color. Below the motif, there is a multi-colored stripe, separating the upper field of the element from the lower field. The lower field is in a dark color and is smaller than the upper field. On the background of this field there is a graphic motif presenting medallions arranged next to each other in a shiny color. On both sides, at the bottom of the strip there are inscriptions of an informative nature.
