Compared to known, similarly shaped products of this type, the decoration subject of the application is a new and unique form of a decorative element designed for easy hand-tying, particularly ribbons, especially on flowers and gifts, with its functional functions manifested in its shape, method of attachment, and decorative elements. The industrial design is intended for tying objects, especially flowers or gifts, with a decorative ribbon. The decorative element, according to the design, is placed, for example, on a stem in a visible location by tying it with a ribbon so that the ribbon ends extend out to the front of the star and are tied in a bow, which provides an additional decorative element. The industrial design being protected is shown in Fig. 1, which shows the decorative element from the front. The decorative star-shaped ornament with a note function (leaf), designed for easy hand-tying of ribbons, particularly on flowers and gifts, consists of a plate in the shape of a five-pointed star, with a pair of visible holes located in the center, halfway up from the top edge of the shape. A decorative ribbon threads through these holes, the ends of which are tied in a bow on the front, constituting the plate's decorative element. The space around the holes can be used for decoration in the form of prints, inscriptions, paintings, cutouts, or occasional stickers – their content and form are not covered by the industrial design. The color of the outer layer, the color of the ribbon, the content, the font, and the color of the occasional text, as well as the color of the note, are dictated by aesthetic values; their content and form are not essential features of the industrial design, as they are selected according to the preferences of the end user.
