Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest gadzet upominkowy z przeznaczeniem na prezent lub jako element dekoracyjny. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym zestawieniu elementów wchodzacych w sklad gadzetu, a dotyczaca ksztaltu, budowy i kolorystyki nadajacej gadzetowi nowy, swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do zaspokojenia celów estetycznych i zdobniczych. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia gadzet upominkowy w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 przedstawia gadzet upominkowy w drugiej odmianie. Gadzet upominkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z drewnianej laski, na której za pomoca uchwytów zamocowana jest butelka z alkoholem. Na przegieciu laski przymocowany jest dzwonek, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku. Laska moze byc wykonana z dowolnego gatunku drewna o dowolnej fakturze powierzchni oraz dowolnej kolorystyce. PL PLThe industrial design is a gift item intended as a gift or as a decorative element. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, manifested in an original combination of the gadget's components, concerning the shape, construction, and color scheme, giving the gadget a new, distinctive, and original appearance, intended to satisfy aesthetic and decorative purposes. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the gift item in a general view, and Fig. 2 shows the gift item in a second version. The gift item, based on the industrial design, consists of a wooden cane, on which a bottle of alcohol is attached via handles. A bell is attached to the cane's bend, as shown in the attached drawing. In the second variation, the industrial design gift item consists of a wooden cane with a hip flask of alcohol attached to it using handles, as shown in the attached drawing. The originality of the industrial design is emphasized by combining the practicality of the alcohol bottle with the decorative nature of the cane on which the bottle is attached. The cane can be made of any type of wood with any surface texture and color. The essential features of the industrial design are: the gift item consists of a wooden cane with a bottle of alcohol attached to it using handles. A bell is attached to the bend of the cane, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1). The second variation, the gift item consists of a wooden cane with a hip flask of alcohol attached to it using handles, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 2).
