Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac butelki do plynów o estetycznym ksztalcie, przejawiajaca sie glównie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, nadajac jej swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Butelke wedlug wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 5, na którym pokazano butelke w poszczególnych odmianach. Butelka majaca wyprofilowany ksztalt, otwór wlewowy, uchwyt, miejsce na napisy informacyjne posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci korpusu o ksztalcie bryly, której podstawa jest o ksztalcie czworokata o zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym sciany boczne butelki sa wyprofilowane, natomiast na powierzchni przedniej i tylnej ma w górnej i dolnej czesci uskok, przy czym na powierzchni bocznej butelka moze miec uchwyt lub wyprofilowane wglebienie w górnej powierzchni poziomej oraz moze posiadac miejsce na napisy informacyjne, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 5. PLThe industrial design is a new and original form of a bottle for liquids with an aesthetically pleasing design, manifesting itself primarily in its shape, line arrangement, and surface finish, giving it a distinctive and original appearance. The bottle according to the design is shown in the attached drawing, figs 1-5, which shows the bottle in its various variations. A bottle having a profiled shape, a filling opening, a handle, and a place for information inscriptions has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wherein the side walls of the bottle are profiled, while on the front and rear surfaces it has a recess in the upper and lower parts, wherein on the side surface the bottle may have a handle or a profiled recess in the upper horizontal surface and may have a place for information inscriptions, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 - 5. The bottle shown in fig. 1 having a profiled shape, a filling opening, a handle, and a place for information inscriptions has the essential features of an industrial design in the form of a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners (1), wherein the side walls of the bottle are profiled, while on the front and rear surfaces it has in the upper and lower parts a step (2), while on the side surface the bottle has a profiled recess (3) in the upper horizontal surface and a place for information inscriptions (4), as shown in the attached drawing, fig 1.
