Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament ozdobny, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wyroby cukiernicze, korzystnie ciastka i ciasteczka, a takze na dowolne materialy, w tym na opakowania zbiorcze i jednostkowe, zwlaszcza wyrobów cukierniczych. Znane sa ornamenty ozdobne, w tym stosowane na wyrobach cukierniczych, na przyklad na ciastkach i ciasteczkach, zawierajace napisy oraz róznego rodzaju figuratywne elementy , stanowiace kompozycje ozdobne. W odniesieniu do znanych ornamentów ozdobnych stosowanych jako zdobienie wyrobów cukierniczych, korzystnie ciastek, ciasteczek oraz róznego rodzaju opakowan, w tym opakowan wyrobów cukierniczych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz ornamentacji, tworzacych charakterystyczna postac ornamentu ozdobnego, odrózniajaca go w ogólnym wrazeniu od znanych dotychczas ornamentów. Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z napisów„Tago" oraz „Tadeusz Golebiewski", otoczonych linia tworzaca okreg, który u podstawy zakonczony jest wizerunkiem w ksztalcie dwóch skrzyzowanych mieczy, natomiast zewnetrzna czesc ornamentu stanowi okreg w ksztalcie pasa, którym obwiedzione sa wewnetrzne napisy i elementy figuratywne ornamentu ozdobnego. W odmianach ornamentu ozdobnego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, na pasie zewnetrznego okregu moga znajdowac sie napisy KARFINUS albo RUFINUS alboPORFINUS.Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonywany byc moze na wyrobach cukierniczych, zwlaszcza na ciastkach i ciasteczkach o dowolnych ksztaltach oraz na innych wyrobach piekarniczych, a takze na dowolnych materialach, w tym zwlaszcza na opakowaniach, korzystnie przeznaczonych dla tych wyrobów. Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany byc moze w dowolnej kolorystyce oraz w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorystycznych i odcieniach uzytych kolorów. PL PL PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a decorative ornament intended for application to confectionery products, preferably biscuits and cookies, as well as to any materials, including collective and individual packaging, especially confectionery products. Ornamental ornaments are known, including those used on confectionery products, for example, biscuits and cookies, containing inscriptions and various figurative elements constituting decorative compositions. In the case of known ornamental ornaments used to decorate confectionery products, preferably biscuits and cookies, and various types of packaging, including confectionery packaging, the novelty and individual character of an industrial design is manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and ornamentation, creating a distinctive form of the ornament, distinguishing it from previously known ornaments in its overall appearance. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design is a composition consisting of the inscriptions "Tago" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski," surrounded by a line forming a circle, which at the base ends with an image in the shape of two crossed swords. The outer part of the ornament is a belt-shaped circle, which surrounds the inner inscriptions and figurative elements of the ornament. In variations of the decorative ornament according to the industrial design, the belt of the outer circle may contain the inscriptions KARFINUS, RUFINUS, or PORFINUS. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design can be made on confectionery products, especially on cookies and biscuits of any shape, and on other bakery products, as well as on any materials, especially packaging, preferably intended for these products. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design can be made in any color scheme and in any color combinations and shades of colors used. The industrial design includes variations, shown in the drawing, where: 1 - Fig. 1 shows the decorative ornament, in which the inscription "Tago" is placed inside, written in letters with a characteristic font, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", in which the letters have a fanciful shape, and these inscriptions are surrounded by a line forming a circle, which at the base ends with an image in the shape of two crossed swords, while the outer part of the ornament is a circle in the shape of a belt, which surrounds the internal inscriptions and figurative elements of the decorative ornament; 2 - Fig. 2 shows a decorative ornament in which the inscription "Tago" is placed inside, written in simple letters, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", in which the letters have a fanciful shape, and these inscriptions are surrounded by a line forming a circle, which at the base ends with an image in the shape of two crossed swords, while the external part of the ornament is a circle in the shape of a belt, which surrounds the internal inscriptions and figurative elements of the decorative ornament, and on this belt there are the inscriptions KARFINUS written in capital letters in a simple font; 3 - Fig. 3 shows a decorative ornament in which the inscription "Tago" is placed inside, made in letters with a characteristic font, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", in which the letters have a fanciful shape, and these inscriptions are surrounded by a line forming a circle, which at the base ends with an image in the shape of two crossed swords, while the outer part of the ornament is a circle in the shape of a belt, which surrounds the internal inscriptions and figurative elements of the decorative ornament, and on this belt there are the inscriptions RUFINUS, made in capital letters with a simple font; 4 - Fig. 4 shows a decorative ornament in which the inscription "Tago" is placed inside, made in letters with a characteristic font, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", in which the letters have a fanciful shape, and these inscriptions are surrounded by a line forming a circle, which at the base ends with an image in the shape of two crossed swords, while the outer part of the ornament is a circle in the shape of a belt, which surrounds the internal inscriptions and figurative elements of the decorative ornament, and on this belt there are the inscriptions PORFINUS written in capital letters in a simple font. The essential features of the decorative ornament according to the industrial design are that it is a composition consisting of internally placed inscriptions, i.e. the inscription "Tago", written in letters with a characteristic font, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", in which the letters have a fanciful shape, and these inscriptions are surrounded by a line forming a circle, which at the base ends with an image in the shape of two crossed swords, while the external part of the ornament is a circle in the shape of a belt, which surrounds the internal inscriptions and figurative elements of the decorative ornament, and on the band of the external circle there may be the inscriptions KARFINUS, RUFINUS or PORFINUS, written in capital letters with a simple font.
