Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament ozdobny, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wyroby cukiernicze, w tym korzystnie na ciastka i ciasteczka, a takze na dowolne materialy, w tym na opakowania zbiorcze i jednostkowe, zwlaszcza wyrobów cukierniczych. Znane sa ornamenty ozdobne, w tym stosowane na wyrobach cukierniczych, na przyklad na ciastkach i ciasteczkach, zawierajace napisy oraz róznego rodzaju figuratywne elementy, stanowiace kompozycje ozdobne. W odniesieniu do znanych ornamentów ozdobnych stosowanych jako zdobienie wyrobów cukierniczych, korzystnie ciastek, ciasteczek oraz róznego rodzaju opakowan, w tym opakowan wyrobów cukierniczych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz ornamentacji, tworzacych charakterystyczna postac ornamentu ozdobnego, odrózniajaca go w ogólnym wrazeniu od znanych dotychczas ornamentów. Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z napisów „Tago" ora£ „Tadeusz Golebiewski", a takze z fantazyjnego elementu w ksztalcie wstegi ozdobionej wizerunkiem w postaci ukwieconych galazek z listkami, umieszczonych na limach tworzacych okregi, w tym w ksztalcie pasa.Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonywany byc moze na wyrobach cukierniczych, zwlaszcza na ciastkach i ciasteczkach o dowolnych ksztaltach oraz na innych wyrobach piekarniczych, a takze na dowolnych materialach, w tym zwlaszcza na opakowaniach, korzystnie przeznaczonych dla tych wyrobów. Ornament ozdobny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany byc moze w dowolnej kolorystyce oraz w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorystycznych i odcieniach uzytych kolorów. PLThe subject of an industrial design is an ornamental design intended for application to confectionery products, preferably biscuits and cookies, as well as to any materials, including collective and individual packaging, particularly confectionery products. Ornamental designs are known, including those used on confectionery products, for example, biscuits and cookies, containing inscriptions and various figurative elements constituting decorative compositions. In the case of known ornamental designs used to decorate confectionery products, preferably biscuits and cookies, and various types of packaging, including confectionery packaging, the novelty and individual character of an industrial design is manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and ornamentation, creating a distinctive form of the ornamental design, distinguishing it overall from previously known ornaments. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design is a composition consisting of the inscriptions "Tago" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski" and a fanciful ribbon-shaped element decorated with an image of flowered branches with leaves, placed on lines forming circles, including in the shape of a belt. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design can be made on confectionery products, especially cookies and biscuits of any shape, and on other baked goods, as well as on any materials, especially packaging, preferably intended for these products. The decorative ornament according to the industrial design can be made in any color scheme and in any color combinations and shades of colors used. The industrial design includes variations, shown in the drawing, in which: 1 - Fig. 1 shows a decorative ornament, in which the inscription "Tago" is placed inside, made in letters with a characteristic font, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", the letters of which have a fanciful shape, the inscriptions being surrounded by lines forming circles and parts of circles around them, and on the inner strip formed by the lines of circles, there is a fanciful element in the shape of a ribbon with wavy curled ends, in which decorative elements in the shape of flowered branches with leaves are placed on both sides, while the outer part of the ornament closes the circle in the shape of a narrow strip; 2 - Fig. 2 shows a decorative ornament in which the inscription "Tago" is placed inside, made in letters with a characteristic font, and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", the letters of which have a fanciful shape, the inscriptions being surrounded by lines forming circles and parts of circles around them, and on the inner strip formed by the lines of circles, there is a fanciful element in the shape of a ribbon with ends turned up once, above which on both sides there are decorative elements in the shape of flowered branches with leaves, while the outer part of the ornament closes the circle in the shape of a narrow strip; 3 - Fig. 3 shows a decorative ornament in which the inscription "Tago" is placed inside, made in letters with a characteristic font, where the inscription "Tago" is surrounded by a line which in the lower part creates a fanciful element in the shape of a wavy ribbon, on which the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is placed, made in letters with a fanciful shape, and the curled ends of this ribbon are finished with decorative elements in the shape of flowered branches with leaves, while the outer part of the ornament is closed by a single circular line. The essential features of the decorative ornament according to the industrial design are that it is a composition consisting of internally placed inscriptions, i.e. the inscription "Tago", made in letters with a characteristic font and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski", in which the letters have a fanciful shape, and these inscriptions are surrounded by lines creating circles and parts of circles around them, and on the inner strip formed by the lines of circles, there is a fancy element in the shape of a ribbon with wavy rolled-up ends, above which decorative elements in the shape of flowered branches with leaves are placed on both sides, or on the inner strip formed by the lines of circles, there is a fancy element in the shape of a ribbon with single rolled-up ends, above which decorative elements in the shape of flowered branches with leaves are placed on both sides, while in both of these varieties the outer part of the ornament is closed by a circle in the shape of a narrow strip, or the inscription "Tago" is surrounded by a line which in the lower part creates a fancy element in the shape of a wavy ribbon, on which the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is placed in letters of a fanciful shape, and The rolled-up ends of this ribbon are finished with decorative elements in the form of flowered branches with leaves, while the outer part of this type of ornament is closed with a single circular line.
