Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja kwiatowa opakowan na perfumy, dokladniej dekoracja pojemników oraz pudelek opakowaniowych. Dekoracja ta zostala zakwalifikowana do klasy 09-01. Wzór przemyslowy w dwóch odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok pierwszej odmiany dekoracji kwiatowej, a fig. 2 przedstawia widok drugiej odmiany dekoracji kwiatowej. Dekoracje kwiatowa stanowi kwiat o ksztalcie zblizonym do stylizowanej aksamitki majacy piec platków o postrzepionych brzegach, przy czym górne platki sa wieksze od dolnych platków. Wewnatrz, przy mniejszych platkach kwiat ma wrysowana roslinke o kielichowym kwiatku, prostej lodyzce i dwóch odchodzacych od lodyzki na boki platkach zblizonych ksztaltem do skrzydla motyla. Wrysowana roslinka jest otoczona wieloma rozlozonym w nieregularny wzór kropkami. W pierwszej odmianie dekoracje stanowi jeden kwiat. W drugiej odmianie dekoracje stanowi bukiecik kwiatów, przy czym kwiaty rozlozone sa nieregularnie i wpisane sa w figure ksztaltem zblizona do prostokata, a ponadto, równiez nieregularnie wyposazone sa w faliste lodyzki, od którychodchodza owalne listki i srednie oraz male kwiatki o zarysie podobnym do duzych kwiatów. Istotnymi cechami wzoru w pierwszej odmianie jest to, ze dekoracje kwiatowa stanowi kwiat o ksztalcie zblizonym do stylizowanej aksamitki majacy piec platków o postrzepionych brzegach, przy czym górne platki sa wieksze od dolnych platków, a wewnatrz, przy mniejszych platkach kwiat ma wrysowana roslinke o kielichowym kwiatku, prostej lodyzce i dwóch odchodzacych od lodyzki na boki platkach zblizonych ksztaltem do skrzydla motyla, przy czym wrysowana roslinka jest otoczona wieloma rozlozonym w nieregularny wzór kropkami, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig 1. The inscribed plant is surrounded by numerous dots arranged in an irregular pattern. In the first variation, the decoration consists of a single flower. In the second variety, the decoration is a bouquet of flowers, the flowers are arranged irregularly and are inscribed in a figure similar in shape to a rectangle, and in addition, they are also irregularly equipped with wavy stems, from which oval leaves and medium and small flowers with an outline similar to large flowers branch off. The essential features of the design in the first variant are that the floral decoration is a flower with a shape similar to a stylized marigold, having five petals with frayed edges, the upper petals being larger than the lower petals, and inside, next to the smaller petals, the flower has an inscribed plant with a cup-shaped flower, a straight stem and two petals extending from the stem to the sides, similar in shape to a butterfly wing, and the inscribed plant is surrounded by many dots arranged in an irregular pattern, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1.
