Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak do zawieszania szklanych ozdób wykonywanych z cienkosciennego szkla dmuchanego, w szczególnosci ozdób choinkowych i innych ozdób. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, barwie i fakturze powierzchni wieszaka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których na fig. 1 do fig. 4 uwidoczniono kolejne czteiy odmiany wieszaków do zawieszania szklanych ozdób w widoku czolowym. Wieszak do ozdób szklanych zawiera czesc nosna i zwiazane z nim oczko do zawieszania wieszaka. Wieszak wykonany jest z jednego odcinka drutu zdobionego powierzchniowo metoda galwaniczna, lub pokryty jest barwna farba, badz osloniety jest powloka z tworzywa sztucznego. Poszczególne odmiany wieszaka do ozdób szklanych róznia sie miedzy soba uksztaltowaniem czesci nosnej wieszaka, a element zawieszkowy stanowi oczko w górnej czesci wieszaka zabezpieczone u podstawy dodatkowym splotem zapobiegajacym odksztalceniu. Zwiazane to jest z ksztaltem i wielkoscia bryly lub figury szklanej ozdoby, która zostanie zawieszona na wieszaku. Pierwsza odmiana wieszaka, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 wykonana jest z jednego odcinka drutu, gdzie czesc nosna wieszaka uformowana jest jako dwa ramiona skierowane pod katem na boki, a których obydwa konce zakonczone sa w formie kól, zas posrodku odgóry uformowane jest oczko do zawieszania. Oczko w dolnej czesci, w podstawie, zabezpieczone jest dodatkowym oplotem praed odksztalceniem. Druga odmiana wieszaka do ozdób szklanych pokazana na rysunku fig. 2 wykonana jest z jednego odcinka drutu, gdzie czesc nosna wieszaka uformowana jest w postaci zblizonej ksztaltem do trójkata z wydluzonymi petlami przy podstawie, zas konce drutu skierowane do góry, do wierzcholka trójkata tworzac nad wierzcholkiem oczko do zawieszania. Oczko w dolnej czesci, u podstawy zabezpieczone jest dodatkowym oplotem zabezpieczajacym przed odksztalceniem. Trzecia odmiana wieszaka do ozdób szklanych pokazana na rysunku fig. 3 wykonana jest z jednego odcinka drutu, gdzie czesc nosna wieszaka uformowana jest w postaci zblizonej do trójkata, z czesciowo wycieta podstawa trójkata. Dwa konce drutu stanowia dolna czesc niepelnej podstawy trójkata i skierowane sa do srodka, dalej stanowia zarys dwóch boków trójkata, tworzac w wierzcholku oczko do zawieszania wieszaka do ozdób szklanych. Oczko w dolnej czesci, w wierzcholku figury zabezpieczone jest dodatkowym oplotem przed odksztalceniem. Czwarta odmiana wieszaka do ozdób szklanych pokazana na rysunku fig. 4 wykonana jest z jednego odcinka drutu, gdzie czesc nosna wieszaka ma rozwarte ramiona dwóch boków trójkata, ale bez podstawy trójkata. W czesci górnej w wierzcholku wykonane jest oczko do zawieszania wieszaka. Oczko w swojej dolnej czesci u podstawy zabezpieczone jest dodatkowym oplotem przed odksztalceniem. Cecha charakterystyczna wieszaków jest ich wykonanie z jednego odcinka drutu zdobionego dodatkowo na powierzchni galwanicznie, lub pokrytego barwna powloka, badz oslonietego warstwa tworzywa sztucznego, co daje pozadany efekt wizualny i estetyczny. Wieszak do ozdób szklanych wykonany z jednego odcinka drutu w czesci górnej, posrodku czesci nosnej ma utworzone oczko do zawieszania, przy czym oczko w dolnej swej czesci w podstawie zabezpieczone jest przed odksztalceniem dodatkowym oplotem. Wieszaki w ich odmianach ksztaltem i wielkoscia uwzgledniaja róznorodnosc figur i bryl wykonywanych z cienkosciennego szkla dmuchanego jak na przyklad ozdób choinkowych i innych ozdób okolicznosciowych i sa alternatywa do stosowanych powszechnie zawieszek koronkowych.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PLThe industrial design is a hanger for hanging glass ornaments made of thin-walled, blown glass, particularly Christmas tree ornaments and other ornaments. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape, line arrangement, color, and surface texture of the hanger. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Figures 1 to 4 show four further variations of hangers for hanging glass ornaments in frontal views. The glass ornament hanger includes a supporting part and an associated eyelet for hanging the hanger. The hanger is made of a single length of wire with a galvanic surface decoration, or is coated with colored paint, or is covered with a plastic coating. The various types of glass ornament hangers differ in the shape of the supporting portion of the hanger. The suspension element is a loop in the upper part of the hanger secured at the base with an additional braid to prevent deformation. This is related to the shape and size of the glass ornament that will be hung on the hanger. The first type of hanger, as shown in Figure 1, is made from a single length of wire, where the supporting portion of the hanger is formed as two arms directed at angles to the sides, each terminating in a circle, and a hanging loop is formed in the center of the top. The loop in the lower part, at the base, is secured with an additional braid to prevent deformation. The second type of glass ornament hanger, shown in Fig. 2, is made from a single length of wire, where the supporting portion of the hanger is shaped like a triangle with elongated loops at the base, and the wire ends point upwards to the triangle's apex, creating a hanging loop above the apex. The loop at the bottom, at the base, is secured with an additional braid to prevent deformation. The third type of glass ornament hanger, shown in Fig. 3, is made from a single length of wire, where the supporting portion of the hanger is shaped like a triangle, with the base of the triangle partially cut out. The two wire ends form the lower part of the incomplete triangle base and point inward. They then form the outline of two sides of the triangle, creating a hanging loop at the apex. The eyelet in the lower part, at the top of the figure, is secured against deformation by an additional braid. The fourth type of glass ornament hanger, shown in Figure 4, is made from a single length of wire, where the supporting part of the hanger has the open arms of two triangle sides, but without the triangle's base. The upper part, at the top, features a loop for hanging the hanger. The loop in its lower part at the base is secured against deformation by an additional braid. A characteristic feature of these hangers is their construction from a single length of wire, additionally decorated on the surface with a galvanic coating, or covered with a colored coating, or covered with a layer of plastic, which provides the desired visual and aesthetic effect. The glass ornament hanger, made from a single length of wire, has a hanging eyelet in the upper part, in the center of the supporting part, while the eyelet in its lower part at the base is secured against deformation by an additional braid. The hangers in their shapes and sizes take into account the variety of figures and shapes made of thin-walled blown glass, such as Christmas tree decorations and other occasional decorations, and are an alternative to the commonly used lace hangers.
