Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 4 na których pokazano korpus ozdoby choinkowej w jego odmianach. Przedstawione korpusy skladaja sie z róznych elementów tworzacych bryle. Na fig. 1 przedstawiono korpus, w którym glowa i czesc srodkowa jest bryla o ksztalcie kuli zas ogon q ksztalcie nieforemnego walca z ostro zakonczonym wydluzonym szpicem.Na fig.2 pokazano korpus, w którym glowa i srodkowa czesc bryly jest o ksztalcie kuli zas ogon posiada ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu wydluzonej elipsoidy z ostrym zakonczeniem. Fig. 3 przedstawia korpus ozdoby, w którym glowa jest kula zas srodkowa czesc i ogon posiadaja ksztalt wydluzonej kropli z wydluzeniem skierowanym w jednym kierunku oraz z ostro zakonczonym ogonem. Natomiast fig. 4 przedstawia korpus, w którym srodkowa czesc i ogon sa o ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonej kropli, skierowanych wydluzonymi koncami ku sobie, zas zakonczenie ogona posiada maly kulisty element. The subject of the ornamental design is a new and original solution for the body of a Christmas tree ornament, preferably made of blown glass. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, properties and surface decoration, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations (Figs. 1-4), which show the body of the Christmas tree ornament in its variations. The depicted bodies consist of various elements forming a solid. Fig. 1 shows a body in which the head and central part are spherical, and the tail is an irregular cylinder with a sharp, elongated tip. Fig. 2 shows a body in which the head and central part are spherical, and the tail is shaped like an elongated ellipsoid with a sharp tip. Fig. 3 shows a body of the ornament in which the head is spherical, and the central part and tail are shaped like an elongated teardrop, with the elongation directed in one direction and the tail pointed. Fig. 4 shows a body in which the central part and tail are shaped like an elongated teardrop, with the elongated ends pointing towards each other, and the tail tip has a small spherical element. The body of the Christmas tree ornament, according to the design, is in the form of a solid composed of three interconnected parts of variable thickness and shape, with one of the outer parts being a head roughly spherical in shape, while the remaining parts are roughly oval in shape with permanently attached wings of varying sizes and shapes. The body's surface is colored and decorated. The body may have a head and a central section roughly spherical in shape, and the tail is a one-sided, irregular cylinder with a pointed tip.
