Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, barw, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - IG, na których pokazano korpus ozdoby choinkowej w jego odmianach. Przedstawione korpusy skladaja sie z polaczonych z soba elementów tworzac ozdoby choinkowe w postaci róznych zwierzat. Na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig.l przedstawia postac kota, w którym korpus ma glowe i tulów o ksztalcie zblizonym do kuli, fig. 2 przedstawia postac ptaka, w którym korpus ma glowe o ksztalcie kuli zas tulów o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsoidy. Zas na fig. 3 znajduje sie postac slimaka z korpusem w postaci biyly jednostronnie splaszczonej, której glowa jest w ksztalcie kuli zas tulów o ksztalcie elipsoidalnym z wydluzonym ogonkiem, natomiast fig. 4 przedstawia zólwia, którego korpus jest jednostronnie splaszczony z glowa i tulowiem o ksztalcie elipsoidalnym. Fig. 5 przedstawia motyla, w którego korpusie glowa jest oksztalcie kuli zas tulów o ksztalcie elipsoidy jednostronnie od strony ogona korpusu przechodzacej w ksztalt walca o znacznie mniejszej srednicy niz srednica elipsoidy, zas na fig. 6 w postaci sylwetki owada korpus ma glowe i tulów o ksztalcie wydluzonej elipsoidy. Do korpusów zamocowane trwale sa rózne charakterystyczne elementy w postaci skrzydel lub innych elementów. Korpus ozdoby choinkowej wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest bryla utworzona z polaczonych z soba przestrzennych elementów o róznej wielkosci i ksztalcie, ksztalcie zblizonym do kuli mniejszego elementu tworzacego glowe, zas zblizonym do wydluzonego owalu drugiego elementu tworzacego tulów. The subject of the ornamental design is a new and original solution for the body of a Christmas tree ornament, preferably made of blown glass. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawings, colors, properties and surface decoration, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 - IG, which show the body of the Christmas tree ornament in its variations. The depicted bodies consist of interconnected elements, creating Christmas tree ornaments in the form of various animals. In the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 shows a cat with a head and torso roughly spherical in shape; Fig. 2 shows a bird with a head and torso roughly ellipsoidal in shape; Fig. 3 shows a snail with a body flattened on one side, a spherical head, and an ellipsoidal torso with an elongated tail; and Fig. 4 shows a turtle with a body flattened on one side, an ellipsoidal head, and an ellipsoidal torso. Figure 5 shows a butterfly with a spherical head and an ellipsoidal body, which becomes cylindrical on one side at the tail, with a significantly smaller diameter than the ellipsoid. Figure 6, in the insect silhouette, shows a head and thorax in the shape of an elongated ellipsoid. Figures 7 to 10 show cross-sections of Christmas tree ornament bodies flattened on one side. The body surfaces are colored and contain lines and colored spots characteristic of a given animal. Various distinctive elements, such as wings or other elements, are permanently attached to the bodies. The body of a Christmas tree ornament, according to the decorative pattern, is a solid composed of interconnected three-dimensional elements of varying sizes and shapes, with the smaller element forming the head being spherical in shape and the second element forming the body being similar to an elongated oval. The body, according to the pattern, may have a head that is spherical in shape, and the body an ellipsoidal shape with an extended tail. In a variation of the pattern, the body may have a head and body that are spherical in shape. In another variation, the body may be flattened on one side and have a head that is spherical in shape, and the body an elongated ellipsoid shape with a short extended tail. Another version of the pattern may have a body that is flattened on one side, with the head and body in the shape of an elongated ellipsoid. A variation of the design may also have the shape of an elongated ellipsoid with a torso many times longer, shaped like an elongated ellipsoid, or the body may have a head shaped like a sphere and a torso shaped like an ellipsoid, with the tail side of the body becoming a cylinder with a much smaller diameter than the ellipsoid. The body of the Christmas tree ornament, according to the design, consists of two connected shapes, one of which is much larger and constitutes the torso, and has a protrusion allowing the ornament to be attached or hung. Various additional elements characteristic of the animal depicted in the Christmas tree ornament are attached to the body of the ornament.
