LAMPA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do wnetrz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przed- miotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie i kolorystyce na- daja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form and colors, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The industrial design consists of a lamp in two varieties: Variation 1 - Hanging lamp with a ladybug shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1, and photographs Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.3.; Variation 2 - Wall lamp in the form of a leaf with a ladybug shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and photographs Figs. 2.1 to 2.3; The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows in a simplified manner a lamp in variant I - hanging with a ladybug - in a general view, fig. 1.1 shows a lamp in variant 1 - hanging with a ladybug - in a bottom view, fig. 2 shows a lamp in variant 2 - a wall lamp - in a general view and in the attached photograph, where fig. 1.2 shows a lamp in variant 1 - hanging - in a perspective view from below, fig. 1.3 shows a lamp in variant 1 - hanging in a perspective view from above, and fig. 2.1 shows a lamp in variant 2 - a wall lamp - in a front view, fig. 2.2 shows a lamp in variant 2 - a wall lamp - in a general view, fig. 2.3 shows a lamp in variant 2 - a wall lamp - lit, fig. 2.4 shows a lamp in variant 2 - wall lamp in side view. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The lamp is characterized in that its basic element is a stylized spatial image of a lanceolate leaf with a stylized figure of a ladybug mounted on it from the top, the head directed towards the side of the stalk, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 1.1, Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 1.2 to Fig. 2.4. 2. The lamp is characterized in that in variant 1 it has the shape of a spherical belt with a leaf with a ladybug placed on part of it and an illuminating bowl in the central part, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, 1.1 and photographs. Fig. 1.2 and fig. 1.3 3. The lamp is characterized in that in variant 2 it has the shape of a spatial form similar to a bowl, convex at the front, resembling a leaf with a ladybug sitting on it, with a flat wall, hollowed out in the middle and having a wavy incision in the lower parts, and on the upper edge open in the shape of a pocket, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 2 and photographs fig. 2.1 to fig. 2.4. 4. The lamp is characterized in that the leaf has a clearly visible network of veins and is green, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 1.2 to fig. 2.4. 5. The lamp is characterized by the fact that the ladybug is stylized in such a way that it has the form of a creature with cylindrical legs, a ball-shaped body and a yellow, ball-shaped, smiling head with large eyes, covered with a red coat with a hood covering the legs, body and half of the head, decorated with black dots arranged as a mirror image on both sides of a line running horizontally along the body, while on the hood the dots are arranged perpendicular to the line separating the dots on the coat, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1.2 to Fig. 2.4.
