Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca w ksztalcie dwunastoscianu foremnego o nazwie LUSTRA SWIATLA. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie powierzchni i barwie, a w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, uwidocznionym na fotografii, przedstawiono bryle swiecy w formie dwunastoscianu o podstawie i wierzcholku pieciokata. Poczynajac od podstawy, widzimy jeden rzad pieciokatów, lekko rozszerzajacy sie na boki im blizej srodka, po nim zas drugi, który konczy sie u wierzcholka bryly, proporcjonalnie zwezajac. Swieca sprawia wrazenie kanciastej i moze przypominac pilke nozna. Swieca LUSTRA SWIATLA barwiona jest na rózne kolory, mogace ulegac zmianie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy LUSTRA SWIATLA wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnej formy do wyrobu produktu swiecacego. Powierzchnia swiecy posiada strukture szroniona, jak równiez moze posiadac gladka, zas oryginalne ujecie i uformowanie bryly nadaje jej prosty i interesujacy wyglad. PLThe industrial design is a candle in the shape of a regular dodecahedron called the LIGHT MIRROR. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of luminous product, manifested in the surface arrangement and color, and in particular in its characteristic shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG 1 shows the candle in a perspective view; photograph FIG 2 shows the candle from above; and photograph FIG 3 shows a side view of the LIGHT MIRROR candle. In accordance with the industrial design shown in the photograph, the candle is presented in the form of a dodecahedron with a pentagonal base and apex. Starting from the base, we see one row of pentagons, slightly widening outward toward the center, followed by a second row, which terminates at the apex of the solid, tapering proportionally. The candle appears angular and may resemble a soccer ball. The MIRROR OF LIGHT candle is dyed in various colors, which may vary. The essential features of the MIRROR OF LIGHT candle's industrial design result from the use of a unique mold for producing the luminous product. The candle's surface has a frosted texture, or it can be smooth, while the original shape and design give it a simple and interesting appearance.
