Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nowy i oryginalny element ozdobny w postaci duszka, przeznaczony do celów dekoracyjnych i uzytkowych, stosowany jako stojacy lub wiszacy lampion badz ozdoba dekoracyjna. Element ten moze byc wykonany zwlaszcza z ceramiki. Wewnatrz elementu dekoracyjnego mozna umiescic zródlo swiatla tworzac lampion. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, barwie, wlasciwosciach i zdobieniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 4, na których pokazano ten sam element dekoracyjny w widoku perspektywicznym, przy czym poszczególne zalaczone ilustracje prezentuja wzór w odmianach . Element dekoracyjny na fig. 1 prezentuje duszka z odchylonymi uszami, na fig. 2 pokazano duszki 2 z podniesionymi ramionami. Na fig 3 przedstawiono duszka 3 i 4 z rozlozonymi ramionami oraz duszka 5 z jednym ramieniem podniesionym do góry oraz drugim odchylonym w bok. Element dekoracyjny w postaci duszka 6 na fig.A . ma podniesione do góry ramiona pochylone do przodu w ich zakonczeniu oraz w dolnej czesci elementu umieszczona sylwetke kota. Element dekoracyjnyw postaci duszka 7 na fig 4 ma ramiona opuszczone do dolu trzymajace dynie w postaci duszka. Element dekoracyjny w postaci duszka 8 na fig. 4 ma dolna czesc sylwetki odchylona w jednym kierunku zas miedzy ramionami trzyma dynie w postaci duszka. Element dekoracyjny w odmianie jest bryla w postaci stylizowanego duszka, który w przekroju podluznym ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu trapezu z lagodnymi zaokragleniami przy wierzcholku stanowiacym glowe duszka z otworami na oczy i usta oraz zaznaczonym nosem, przy czym duszek (3) i (4) ma rozlozone ramiona, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 3. W innej odmianie element dekoracyjny jest bryla w postaci stylizowanego duszka, który w przekroju podluznym ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu trapezu z lagodnymi zaokragleniami przy wierzcholku stanowiacym glowe duszka z otworami na oczy i usta oraz zaznaczonym nosem, przy czym duszek (5) ma jedno ramie podniesione do góry zas drugie odchylone w bok, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 3. Inny element dekoracyjny wedlug wzoru jest bryla w postaci stylizowanego duszka, który w przekroju podluznym ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu trapezu z lagodnymi zaokragleniami przy wierzcholku stanowiacym glowe duszka z otworami na oczy i usta oraz zaznaczonym nosem, przy czym duszek (7) ma ramiona opuszczone dodolu trzymajace dynie w postaci duszka, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 4. The individual attached illustrations present variations of the design. The decorative element in Fig. 1 shows the ghost with folded ears, while Fig. 2 shows two ghosts with raised arms. Figure 3 shows sprites 3 and 4 with their arms spread, and sprite 5 with one arm raised and the other tilted to the side. Decorative element in the form of sprite 6 in Figure A has raised arms, tilted forward at their ends, and the silhouette of a cat is placed in the lower part of the element. Decorative element in the form of sprite 7 in Figure 4 has lowered arms, holding a pumpkin in the form of a sprite. Decorative element in the form of sprite 8 in Figure 4 has the lower part of the silhouette tilted in one direction and holds a pumpkin in the form of a sprite between its arms. The decorative element according to the pattern is a solid in the form of a stylized sprite, which in longitudinal section has a shape close to the shape of a trapezoid with gentle rounding at the top constituting the head of the sprite with holes for the eyes and mouth and a marked nose, wherein the sprite (1) has folded ears, as shown in the illustration Fig. 1. In another variant, the decorative element is a solid in the form of a stylized sprite, which in a longitudinal section has a shape close to the shape of a trapezoid with gentle roundings at the top constituting the head of the sprite with holes for the eyes and mouth and a marked nose, wherein sprite (5) has one arm raised up and the other one tilted to the side, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 3. A variant of the decorative element is a solid in the form of a stylized sprite, which in a longitudinal section has a shape close to the shape of a trapezoid with gentle roundings at the top constituting the head of the sprite with holes for the eyes and mouth and a marked nose, wherein sprite (6) has raised arms leaning forward in their ending and in the lower part of the element a silhouette of a cat is placed, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 4. Another decorative element according to the pattern is a solid in the form of a stylized ghost, which in the longitudinal section has a shape close to the shape of a trapezoid with gentle rounding at the top constituting the head of the ghost with holes for the eyes and mouth and a marked nose, wherein the ghost (7) has arms lowered downwards holding a pumpkin in the form of a ghost, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 4. The decorative element in the variation of the pattern is a solid in the form of a stylized ghost, which in the longitudinal section has a shape close to the shape of a trapezoid with gentle rounding at the top constituting the head of the ghost with holes for the eyes and mouth and a marked nose, wherein the ghost (8) has the lower part of the silhouette tilted in one direction and between its arms it holds a pumpkin in the form of a sprite, as shown in the attached illustration fig 4.
