Podstawa dzwonka jest okragla i widocznie rozszerzona w stosunku do wierzcholka swiecy. Wokól podstawy bryly zarysowany jest pasek, który dodatkowo oddaje charakterystyczny ksztalt dzwonka. PLThe industrial design is a bell-shaped candle with an appliqué titled "BELL WITH SANTA CLAUS" (Santa Claus). The essence of the industrial design is a new form of luminous product, manifested in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color, and in particular in the appliqué pattern placed on the candle. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows the front view of the candle, FIG. 2 shows the candle from above, FIG. 3 shows the side view of the "BELL WITH SANTA CLAUS" candle, and FIG. 4 shows the back view of the candle. In accordance with the industrial design, shown in the photographs, the candle is a bell-shaped candle adorned with an appliqué of Santa Claus's head. The bell's base is round and visibly wider than the candle's top. A stripe is outlined around the base, further reflecting the bell's characteristic shape. Both the Santa Claus head appliqué (located centrally at the candle's height) and the decorative stripe are patinated in a contrasting color to the body, such as white, silver, or gold, clearly distinguishing them from the rest of the candle. The essential features of the industrial design of the BELL WITH NICHOLAS candle result from the use of an original application method in the production of the luminous product. The structure and surface of the candle are frosted, and the convex Santa Claus head design and decorative stripe at the base give it a unique and festive look.
