Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest postac chlopca z bananami. Wzór jest stosowany jako wzór zdobniczy i uzytkowy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii i zalaczonym rysunku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Postac chlopca z bananami wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia chlopca stojacego na podstawie opartego o latarnie. Ubrany jest w koszule z wywinietym kolnierzykiem. Spodnie pofaldowane, stopy bose. W prawej rece trzyma imitacje bananów w których wykonany jest otwór na doniczke. Lewa reka podpiera sie w pasie. Na glowie kapelusz o slomkowej fakturze. Glowa lekko przechylona na prawa strone. Twarz okragla. Ksztalt slupa latarni wykonany jest z kilku segmentów o róznych wzorach (podluznych). The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph and drawing. Essential features of the industrial design: The figure of the boy with bananas, according to the ornamental design, is characterized by the fact that it depicts a boy standing on a base, leaning against a street lamp. He is wearing a shirt with a turned-up collar. His trousers are pleated, and his feet are bare. In his right hand, he holds imitation bananas with a hole for a flowerpot. His left hand is supported by his waist. On his head is a straw hat. The head is slightly tilted to the right. The face is round. The shape of the street lamp post is made of several segments with different (elongated) patterns. PL PL
