Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii i zalaczonym rysunku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Postac krasnala lesnika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia krasnala stojacego na podstawie. Prawa reka oparta o psa przy prawej nodze, na lewym ramieniu zawieszona strzelba. Lewa reka trzyma pasek. Ubrany jest w koszule oraz bezrekawnik zapinany na guziki z kieszeniami, spodnie i buty.
