Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona znicza w ksztalcie szesciokatnego szklanego wazonu, z lekko wkleslymi bokami, okolonego ramka ze sztucznego tworzywa. Oslona znicza i jej odmiany, sa przeznaczone do umieszczania wewnatrz nich np. swieczek, wymiennych wkladów woskowych, olejowych lub lampek elektrycznych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2 i fig. 3 – przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane wzoru z podstawka, a fig. 2a – sama podstawke, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane wzoru z podstawka oraz kapturkiem, a fig. 3a – sam kapturek. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. The candle lantern cover and its variants are intended to be used to place inside them e.g. candles, replaceable wax or oil inserts or electric lamps. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in illustration fig. 1, while fig. 2 and fig. 3 – present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design, where fig. 2 presents a variant of the design with a base, and fig. 2a – the base alone, while fig. 3 presents a variant of the design with a base and a cap, and fig. 3a – the cap alone. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) grave light cover – fig. 1, 2) grave light cover with stand – fig. 2, 3) grave light cover with stand and cap – fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. – grave light cover – is that: ? the grave light cover is a spatial, transparent element in the shape of a hexagonal vase, the walls of which have been profiled from the inside so as to give them a pattern of transverse stripes, with slightly concave sides, a round bottom, and a wavy edge; each side of the vase is surrounded by a frame made of artificial material attached to the vessel with two upper and two lower hooks, which together create a form holding the entire vase, whereby the upper edge of the individual frames is decorated with two vertical leaves made of the same material, which together create the crowning of the vase, while the lower edge of these frames is decorated with ornaments in the form of lilies surrounding the bottom of the vase; ? the bottom of the vase is set on a flat base made of plastic ending with a concave hexagonal short leg. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 2, i.e. – a candle lantern cover with a base – are the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustration fig. 1, i.e. a candle lantern cover, with an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 2 and distinguishing it from the design shown in illustration fig. 1 – being that: ? the base of the body, which is a glass vase with a flat bottom – is inserted into the base, with the outer, lower outline of the base being hexagonal, while the side walls of the base have arcuate convexities and pass in the upper part into a shape adapted to the base of the body; ? the base of the candle lantern body is mounted in the opening of the hexagonal base of the candle lantern made of material fig. 2a, which together constitute a stable support for the candle.
