Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona znicza, przeznaczona do umieszczania wewnatrz niej np. swieczek, wymiennych wkladów woskowych czy olejowych lub lampek elektrycznych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracjach fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. Na ilustracji fig. 1 – przedstawiono wzór w widoku perspektywicznym nieco z góry, fig. 2 i fig. 3 – przedstawiaja wzór odpowiednio w widokach: bocznym i frontowym, przy czym fig. 3 pokazuje rozdzielnosc poszczególnych czesci oslony: czesci górnej (denka), korpusu i podstawki oslony. Natomiast na ilustracji fig. 4 – dodatkowo przedstawiono samo denko oslony znicza w widoku z góry, zas fig. 5 – przedstawia podstawke wzoru w widoku od spodu. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. Fig. 1 shows the design in a perspective view slightly from above; Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show the design in side and front views, respectively. Fig. 3 shows the separation of the individual parts of the cover: the top (bottom), the body, and the base of the cover. Fig. 4 additionally shows the bottom of the grave candle cover itself from above, while Fig. 5 shows the base of the design from below. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, i.e. – a grave candle cover – is that: ? the grave candle cover is formed by: a base, a body and a bottom, constituting together a three-dimensional element in the shape of a vertically positioned cylinder, flattened on both sides, whose horizontal cross-section resembles a rectangle rounded on the sides, the edge line of which in its corners is slightly concave and wavy, as a result of which longitudinal grooves are visible along the entire height of the cover, whereby ? this cross-section in the central part of the cover body is the smallest, while the cross-section of the cover base is slightly larger than the cross-section of the cover bottom; in the side surface of the cover body – on the front and rear sides of the cover and as it were between the longitudinal grooves – there are analogous, vertical and essentially rectangular cutouts – essentially along the entire height of the body – into which transparent elements are inserted; ? on the upper surface of the bottom, centrally, there is a small spatial element shaped like a low, wide cylinder, in the side surface of which – around it – there are small holes, which constitute slits for the passage of smoke and light; ? the surface of the bottom is decorated with a convex, decorative motif in the shape of petals arranged symmetrically around the cylinder, so that – when viewed from above – this motif resembles a flower; The side walls of the cover base, above its lower edge, rise almost vertically through several "steps", and then turn into an almost vertical surface with a gentle arch, creating a bulge resembling a plinth, - in the surface of the base, a centrally visible round recess is visible.
