PL 23332 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon wulkan, przeznaczony do umieszczenia w nim kwiatów ozdobnych, w tym takze do umieszczania róznych stroików wykonanych ze sztucznych elementów kwiatowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi postac stojacego cienkosciennego wazonu wulkanu przejawiajacego sie w ksztalcie stozka scietego i wydluzonej czesci górnej w postaci otwartego „krateru wulkanu" o nierównej sciance obwodowej, która jest pofaldowana i stanowi wazon jako przestrzenny element „splywajacej" lawy po bocznej obwodowej cienkosciennej sciance wazonu wulkanu. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 1b, fig. 1c, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia wazon wulkan w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i nieco uniesionym do góry kraterem z centralnym otworem na kwiaty. Plaska podstawa wazonu ma ksztalt o nieregularnym ksztalcie wieloboku opisanym na okregu. Fig. 1 b – przedstawia wazon wulkan w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i nieco uniesionym do góry i opadajacym w lewo kraterem z centralnym otworem na kwiaty oraz prawy bok sciany wazonu wulkanu lekko pofaldowanej ze znieksztalceniami jakby „splywajacej lawy". Plaski ksztalt podstawy stanowi nieregularny okrag. Natomiast fig. 1c przedstawia wazon wulkan w widoku perspektywicznym z boku w którym wazon wulkan jest pokazany z lewej strony lekko ugiety po promieniu, zas po prawej stronie odchylony mocno wzdluz sciany w kierunku podstawy. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na fotografii fig. 1, fig. 1b, fig. 1c – wazonu wulkanu – jest to, ze: ? stanowi ja przestrzenny element w ksztalcie stozka scietego i wydluzonej czesci górnej w postaci otwartego „krateru wulkanu" o nierównej cienkosciennej sciance obwodowej i z plaska podstawa, zas górna czescia wazonu jest „krater" wznoszacy sie ku górze nieregularnie nieco uniesiony do góry i opadajacy w lewo wraz z centralnym otworem na kwiaty; ? cienkoscienna powierzchnia boczna boków tego wazonu wulkanu jest odchylona od nieregularnej podstawy w ksztalcie nieregularnego wieloboku opisanego na okregu i polaczone z górnym kraterem wazonu wulkanu poprzez uksztaltowany stozek sciety i dolna plaska powierzchnia wazonu; ? w widoku z boku – w którym wazon wulkan jest z lewej strony lekko ugiety po promieniu zas po prawej stronie odchylony mocno wzdluz sciany w kierunku podstawy. Bok sciany wazonu wulkanu lekko pofaldowany ze znieksztalceniami jakby „splywajacej lawy" wulkanu. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. The essence of the industrial design is the form of a standing, thin-walled volcano vase in the shape of a truncated cone and an elongated upper part in the form of an open "volcano crater" with an uneven peripheral wall, which is undulating and constitutes the vase as a three-dimensional element of lava "flowing" down the side peripheral, thin-walled wall of the volcano vase. The design is presented in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, where Fig. 1 shows the volcano vase in a perspective side view with a slightly raised crater with a central opening for flowers. The flat base of the vase has an irregular polygon shape circumscribed by a circle. Fig. 1b shows the volcano vase in a side perspective view with a slightly raised and leftward-sloping crater with a central opening for flowers, and the right side of the volcano vase wall, slightly undulating with distortions resembling "flowing lava." The flat base shape is an irregular circle. Fig. 1c, on the other hand, shows the volcano vase in a side perspective view, in which the volcano vase is shown slightly bent radially on the left side, and strongly tilted along the wall towards the base on the right side. An important feature of the industrial design shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c – the volcano vase – is that: it is a spatial element in the shape of a truncated cone and an elongated upper part in the form of an open "volcano crater" with an uneven, thin-walled peripheral wall and a flat base, while the upper part of the vase is a "crater" rising irregularly upwards, slightly raised upwards and falling to the left, together with a central opening for flowers; ? the thin-walled lateral surface of the sides of this volcano vase is deviated from the irregular base in the shape of an irregular polygon circumscribed on a circle and connected to the upper crater of the volcano vase through a shaped truncated cone and the lower, flat surface of the vase; ? in a side view – in which the volcano vase is slightly bent radially on the left side, and strongly deviated along the wall towards the base on the right side. The side of the volcano vase wall is slightly wavy with distortions as if "flowing lava" of the volcano. The three-dimensional form of the design without color marking is submitted for protection.
