PL 23337 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba sopel dekoracyjny wykonany z materialu ceramicznego cienkosciennego, bedacy elementem wystroju wnetrz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie jako bryly ozdobnej stozka oraz wlasciwosci powierzchni obwodowej zewnetrznej ceramicznej, dajacej efekt pozostawiony po lekko skrecajacymi w lewo wyzlobieniami pomiedzy pofaldowanymi powierzchniami jakby rowki „po sciekajacej wodzie topniejacych" scianek sopla. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 1b, fig. 1c, przy czym: fig. 1 – przedstawia ozdobe sopel dekoracyjny w widoku perspektywicznym z boku z pofaldo- wanymi wyzlobieniami powierzchni bocznej. Plaska waska podstawa sopla ma podstawe o nieregularnym ksztalcie okregu, fig. 1b – przedstawia ozdobe sopel dekoracyjny w widoku perspektywicznym z boku w którym sopel jest z lewej strony lekko ugiety po promieniu, zas po prawej stronie odchylony mocno wzdluz sciany w kierunku podstawy, fig. 1c – przedstawia ozdobe sopel dekoracyjny w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji lezacej. The essence of the industrial design is the form of the product, manifested in its shape as a decorative cone-shaped solid and the properties of the outer ceramic peripheral surface, creating the effect left by slightly left-curving grooves between the undulating surfaces, as if left by "melting water dripping" from the walls of the icicle. The design is presented in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, where: Fig. 1 – shows the decorative icicle ornament in a perspective side view with undulating grooves on the lateral surface. The flat, narrow base of the icicle has an irregularly circular base. Fig. 1b shows the decorative icicle ornament in a side perspective view, in which the icicle is slightly bent radially on the left, and strongly tilted along the wall towards the base on the right. Fig. 1c shows the decorative icicle ornament in a perspective view in a lying position. An important feature of the industrial design shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c – the decorative icicle ornament – is that: ? it is a three-dimensional element in the shape of a ceramic cone, an icicle with a flat, thin-walled base of irregularly circular shape, and irregularly rising, wavy peripheral surfaces with grooves, creating the effect of "water flowing down the wall of the decorative icicle ornament. in a side view - in which the conical icicle ornament is slightly bent along a small radius on the left side, while on the right side the icicle ornament is falling strongly along the side of the wall towards the base. The entire peripheral wall of the icicle cone ornament is corrugated all around with grooves giving the effect of "flowing water" between the corrugated side surfaces. The spatial form of the design without color designation is submitted for protection.
