The decorativeness of the design and its variants is enhanced by the effects achieved by light penetration through slits in the upper and lower parts of the flower, as well as by the transparent elements used in the variants of the cover. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and 1a, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a represent its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. In the illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 – both the design and its variants are shown in a front view, while in the illustrations Fig. 1a, Fig. 2a, Fig. 3a and Fig. 4a – the design and its variants are shown in a perspective view. List of variants of the industrial design: 1) grave candle cover – Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, 2) grave candle cover with a body in the shape of a coat of arms – Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, 3) grave candle cover with a body in the shape of a coat of arms and with a base – Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, 4) grave candle cover with a teardrop-shaped body with grooves and with a base – Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a - a grave candle cover - is that: - it is a three-dimensional, non-transparent element, resembling in shape a slightly flattened rose flower, whose surface is wavy and additionally painted; - the cover is finished with a hoop at the bottom, thanks to which it can be used not only on its own as a cover for candles or wax and oil inserts, but also as an overlay on other covering elements, e.g. a body; - both the upper and lower parts of the cover have holes - slits for the passage of smoke and light, which additionally increase the decorativeness of the design; – The gaps in the candle's casing are located in such places and are of such a size as to impede the penetration of water into the casing. The design form without color markings is submitted for protection. The essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, i.e. the candle cover with the body in the shape of a coat of arms, are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, i.e. the candle cover, while an additional essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, is that: – directly under the candle cover there is a body, which is a three-dimensional, transparent a solid whose outline resembles – in front view – a coat of arms with rounded side walls; – the front and rear walls of the body have flattened surfaces, with a centrally glued, transparent heart-shaped element on one of them, with grooves extending from its center to enhance the lighting effects; – a decorative, non-transparent frame is visible around the heart, constituting a sort of outline of the heart; – the base of the coat of arms-shaped body is a low cylinder with a flat bottom. The design variety without a color designation is submitted for protection. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, i.e. a torch lamp cover with a body in the shape of a coat of arms and a base – are the features described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, i.e. a torch lamp cover with a body in the shape of a coat of arms, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, which distinguishes it from the design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a – is that: – the base of the body is in the shape of a coat of arms, which is a low cylinder with a flat bottom – is inserted into the base, where the outer, lower outline of the base resembles a flattened quadrilateral, while the side walls of the base have an arched concavity and in the upper part change into a shape adapted to the base of the body. The front and rear parts of the base are flattened and have a cutout in the form of the letter "V", which also fits the base of the body. The three-dimensional form of the design variety is applied for protection without designating the colors. The essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a, i.e. the grave candle cover with a teardrop-shaped body with grooves and a base – are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, i.e. the grave candle cover, while an additional essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a – is that: – the body is placed directly under the grave candle cover, which is a three-dimensional, transparent block, the outline of which resembles – in the front view – a bed with rounded side walls, the walls of the body being decorated with grooves that diversify the lighting effects obtained as a result of light refraction; – the front and back walls of the body have flattened surfaces, with a centrally glued – transparent element in the shape of a heart, with grooves extending from its centre, which enhance the lighting effects; – a decorative, non-transparent frame is visible around the heart, constituting a sort of outline of the heart; – the base of the body in the shape of a coat of arms, which is a low cylinder with a flat bottom – is inserted into the base, where the outer, lower outline of the base resembles a flattened quadrilateral, while the side walls of the base have an arched concavity and in the upper part change into a shape adjusted to the base of the body. The front and rear parts of the base are flattened and have a cutout in the form of the letter "V", which is also adjusted to the base of the body. The three-dimensional form of the design variety without color designation is applied for protection.
