The decorative nature of the grave candle housing is enhanced by the transparent or partially transparent elements used, mounted in an opening in the main body of the grave candle housing. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a represent its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. In the illustrations fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 - both the design and its variants are shown in a front view, while fig. 4 - in a perspective view from the front, while in the illustrations fig. 1a, fig. 2a, fig. 3a and fig. 4a - the design and its variants are shown in a perspective view. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a - the grave candle casing - is that: - it constitutes a three-dimensional element whose shape resembles a heart with rounded side walls; - in the flattened surface of the casing wall, there is a central cutout, analogous to the external outline of the grave candle casing, and - in the light of the cutout opening, a decorative, transparent element is placed; - a projection is visible around the cutout, constituting, as it were, the outline of the cutout. The form of the design without designation of colours is applied for protection. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a - a grave candle housing with a cap - is that: - it is a three-dimensional element whose shape resembles a heart with rounded side walls; - in the flattened surface of the housing wall there is a central cutout with a shape analogous to the external outline of the grave candle housing, and - in the light of the cutout opening there is a decorative, transparent element; - around the cutout there is a visible overhang, constituting a sort of outline of the cutout; - in the upper part of the housing there is another element - a "cap" - resembling a slightly flattened bell in shape, the surface and lower edge of which are wavy. The cap is topped with a low cylindrical element, with openings in both the side wall of the cylindrical element and the bottom part of the cap. A three-dimensional form of the design variant is submitted for protection, without any color designation. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a - a grave candle housing with a cap and a base - is that: - it constitutes a three-dimensional element whose shape resembles a heart with curved side walls; - in the flattened surface of the housing wall, a central cutout is made, analogous to the external outline of the grave candle housing, and - a decorative, transparent element is placed within the cutout opening; - a projection is visible around the cutout, constituting a sort of outline of the cutout; - in the upper part of the casing there is another element - a "hood" - resembling a slightly flattened bell in shape, the surface and lower edge of which are wavy. The hood is topped with a low cylindrical element, with holes made both in the side wall of the cylindrical element and in the lower part of the hood; PL 18733 3 - the casing is placed on a base, where - the lower external outline of the base resembles a quadrangle, while its side walls initially rise almost vertically upwards and then through an arched concavity turn into an upper quadrangular frame. The three-dimensional form of the design variety is applied for protection without designating the colours. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustrations in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a - a grave candle housing with decoration and with a cap and a base - is that: - it constitutes a three-dimensional element whose shape resembles a heart with rounded side walls; - in the flattened surface of the housing wall there is a central cutout with a shape analogous to the external outline of the grave candle housing, and - a decorative, transparent element is placed in the light of the cutout opening; - a projection is visible around the cutout, constituting a sort of outline of the cutout; - in the upper part of the casing there is another element - a "hood" - resembling a slightly flattened bell in shape, the surface and lower edge of which are wavy.
