PL 28135 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znicz nagrobny, przeznaczony do umieszczania wewnatrz wymiennych zródel swiatla, tj. swieczek, wkladów woskowych czy olejowych lub lampek elektrycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac oslony klosza, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie zdobienia, tworzaca spiralna azurowa oslone. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the lampshade cover, manifested in the original shape and arrangement of the decoration, creating a spiral openwork cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration: fig. A1, fig. A2. The industrial design applied for protection has been presented in illustrations, in which fig. A1 shows the lantern in a front view, fig. A2 – the lantern in a perspective view and fig. A3 – the lantern in a top view. Variations of the industrial design are presented in illustrations fig. B1 to fig. B3 show different positions of mounting the lampshade covers in a perspective view. Shade – has the shape of a cylinder. Base – has the shape of a ring, has a diameter slightly larger than the shade, low, smooth and slightly inclined walls. Shade cover – with a characteristic shape of feathers bent in a spiral pattern, connected together to create azure surrounding the shade. Cover – in a shape similar to a cone, in the upper part there are ventilation holes, below there is a radially arranged pattern resembling half-cylinders penetrating the base of the cover. Essential features of the industrial design: ? a shade in the shape of a cylinder mounted on a flat base ? characteristic lampshade cover, consisting of many spiral-shaped feathers connected to each other, encircling the glass lampshade, creating an openwork, unfilled space around it - removable cover referring in its pattern to the lampshade cover, being its extension, forms the finial of the candle.
