PL 28137 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znicz nagrobny, przeznaczony do umieszczania wewnatrz wymiennych zródel swiatla, tj. swieczek, wkladów woskowych czy olejowych lub lampek elektrycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac oslony klosza, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie zdobienia, tworzaca spiralna azurowa oslone. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji: fig. A1, fig. A2. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracjach, na których fig. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the lampshade cover, manifested in the original shape and arrangement of decorations, creating a spiral azure cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration: Fig. A1, Fig. A2. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in the illustrations, in which Fig. A1 shows the candle in front view, Fig. A2 - the candle in perspective view and Fig. A3 - the candle in top view. Variations of the industrial design are shown in the illustrations from Fig. B1 to Fig. B5 in a perspective view, which show a perspective view of the candle with a different shape and different mounting positions of the lampshade covers. Lampshade – cylindrical in shape. Base – ring-shaped, slightly larger in diameter than the lampshade, with low, smooth and slightly inclined walls. Lampshade cover - with a characteristic shape of feathers bent into a spiral pattern, connected together to create an azure surrounding the lampshade. Cover – in a shape similar to a cone, in the upper part there are ventilation holes, below it there is a radial pattern resembling half-cylinders penetrating the base of the cover. Important features of the industrial design: - a cylindrical lampshade mounted on a flat base? a characteristic cover of the lampshade, consisting of many feathers bent into a spiral shape and connected together, surrounding the glass lampshade, creating an azure space around it, not filled with anything? a removable cover with a pattern resembling the lampshade cover, being an extension of it, creates the culmination of the candle.
