PL 23637 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim wkladu znicza. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie po- jemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 – pojemnik znicza w widoku z góry, fig. 3 – pojemnik znicza w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzony jest z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, a od dolu podstawa. Korpus ma postac bryly w ksztalcie wazy o wypuklym opadajacym boku, który w górnej czesci rozszerza korpus i nastepnie zweza korpus w kierunku podstawy. Korpus w widoku z boku, pokazanym na fig. 1 ma zarys utworzony z dwóch figur zblizonych do trapezu o wybrzuszonych bokach. W trapezie polozonym w górnej czesci korpusu wybrzuszone boki opadajac rozszerzaja trapez w kierunku dolnym, a w nizej polozonym trapezie wybrzuszone boki opadajac zwe- zaja trapez ku dolowi. Korpus w widoku z góry pokazanym na fig. 2 ma ksztalt kola w polu którego widnieje okrag. Korpus w widoku z dolu pokazanym na fig. 3 ma ksztalt kola w polu którego widnieja dwa wspólsrodkowe okregi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego nosi nazwe „Otwarty duzy". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik znicza utworzony z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, a od dolu podstawa, cha- rakteryzuje sie tym, ze: 1. korpus ma postac bryly w ksztalcie wazy o wypuklym opadajacym boku, który w górnej czesci rozszerza korpus i nastepnie zweza korpus w kierunku podstawy. 2. korpus w widoku z boku ma zarys utworzony z dwóch figur zblizonych do trapezu o wybrzuszonych bokach. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object manifested in the shape of the container. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the grave light container in a side view, Fig. 2 – the grave light container in a top view, and Fig. 3 – the grave light container in a bottom view. The grave light container, according to the industrial design, is formed by a body with a head at the top and a base at the bottom. The body has the form of a vase-shaped solid with a convex, descending side, which widens the body at the top and then narrows the body towards the base. In the side view, shown in Fig. 1, the body has an outline composed of two figures resembling a trapezoid with bulging sides. In the trapezoid located in the upper part of the body, the bulging sides descend and widen the trapezoid downwards, while in the lower trapezoid, the bulging sides descend and narrow the trapezoid downwards. The body in the top view shown in Fig. 2 has the shape of a circle with a circle in its field. The body in the bottom view shown in Fig. 3 has the shape of a circle with two concentric circles in its field. The industrial design is called "Open Large". Essential features of the industrial design: A grave candle container, made of a body with a head at the top and a base at the bottom, is characterized by the following: 1. The body has the form of a vase-shaped solid with a convex, descending side, which widens the body in its upper part and then narrows the body towards the base. 2. The body, viewed from the side, has an outline formed by two figures resembling a trapezoid with bulging sides. In the trapezoid located in the upper part of the body, the bulging sides, as they descend, widen the trapezoid downwards, while in the trapezoid located at the bottom, the bulging sides, as they descend, narrow the trapezoid downwards. 3. The body, viewed from above, has the shape of a circle with a circle in its field. 4. The body, viewed from below, has the shape of a circle with two concentric circles in its field.
