PL 23634 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim wkladu znicza. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojem- nika oraz wystroju powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 – pojemnik znicza w widoku z góry, fig. 3 – pojemnik znicza w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzony jest z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, a od dolu podstawa. Korpus ma postac bryly w ksztalcie walca. Na powierzchni korpusu znaj- duja sie podluzne, polozone równolegle do siebie rowki i wybrzuszenia symbolizujace prazki, które stanowia elementy ozdobne pojemnika znicza. Korpus w widoku z boku, pokazanym na fig. 1 ma za- rys utworzony z wysokiego prostokata o prostym boku dolnym do którego przystaje podstawa oraz niskiego trapezu w czesci górnej przystajacego dluzsza podstawa do krótszego górnego boku prosto- kata, a krótsza podstawa do glówki pojemnika znicza. W polu prostokata widnieja podluznie polozone równolegle wzgledem siebie linie i paski. Linie odzwierciedlaja rowki w korpusie, a paski odzwiercie- dlaja wybrzuszenia na korpusie. Korpus w widoku z góry pokazanym na fig. 2 ma ksztalt kola w polu którego widnieje okrag. Zewnetrzny okrag kola stanowi linie falista z wglebieniami w postaci rowków i wybrzuszeniami. Korpus w widoku z dolu pokazanym na fig. 3 ma ksztalt kola w polu którego widnie- ja dwa wspólsrodkowe okregi. Zewnetrzny okrag kola stanowi linie falista z wglebieniami w postaci rowków i wybrzuszeniami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego nosi nazwe „Rura prazki". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pojemnik znicza utworzony z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, a od dolu podstawa, cha- rakteryzuje sie tym, ze: 1. korpus ma postac bryly w ksztalcie walca, na powierzchni którego znajduja sie podluz- ne, polozone równolegle do siebie rowki i wybrzuszenia symbolizujace prazki, które stanowia elementy ozdobne pojemnika znicza. 2. korpus w widoku z boku ma zarys utworzony z wysokiego prostokata o prostym boku dolnym do którego przystaje podstawa oraz niskiego trapezu w czesci górnej przystaja- cego dluzsza podstawa do krótszego górnego boku prostokata, a krótsza podstawa do glówki pojemnika znicza. W polu prostokata widnieja podluznie polozone równolegle wzgledem siebie linie i paski. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the grave light container from a side view, Fig. 2 – the grave light container from above, and Fig. 3 – the grave light container from below. According to the industrial design, the grave light container is composed of a body with a head at the top and a base at the bottom. The body is cylindrical in shape. The surface of the body has elongated, parallel grooves and bulges symbolizing stripes, which constitute the decorative elements of the grave light container. The body in the side view, shown in Fig. 1, has an outline formed by a tall rectangle with a straight lower side to which the base is congruent, and a low trapezoid in the upper part, the longer base congruent to the shorter upper side of the rectangle, and the shorter base to the head of the candle holder. The rectangle's field contains longitudinal lines and stripes running parallel to each other. The lines represent grooves in the body, and the stripes represent bulges on the body. The body in the top view, shown in Fig. 2, is circular, with a circle in the field. The outer circle of the circle is a wavy line with groove-like recesses and bulges. The body in the bottom view, shown in Fig. 3, is circular, with two concentric circles in the field. The outer circle of the circle is a wavy line with recesses in the form of grooves and bulges. The subject of the industrial design is called "Striped Tube". Essential features of the industrial design: The grave light container, made of a body with a head at the top and a base at the bottom, is characterized by the following: 1. the body has the form of a cylindrical solid, on the surface of which there are longitudinal, parallel grooves and bulges symbolizing striations, which are the decorative elements of the grave light container. 2. the body, in a side view, has an outline made of a tall rectangle with a straight lower side to which the base adjoins, and a low trapezoid in the upper part, the longer base adjoining the shorter upper side of the rectangle, and the shorter base adjoining the head of the grave light container. The rectangle contains longitudinal lines and stripes running parallel to each other. The lines reflect the grooves in the body, and the stripes reflect the bulges on the body. 3. The body, viewed from above, has the shape of a circle with a circle in the field. The outer circle of the circle is a wavy line with recesses in the form of grooves and bulges. 4. The body, viewed from below, has the shape of a circle with a field containing two concentric circles. The outer circle of the circle is a wavy line with recesses in the form of grooves and bulges.
