Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim wkladu znicza. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojem- nika oraz wystroju powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza z pokrywka w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik znicza w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - pojem- nik znicza w widoku z góry w innym ujeciu, fig. 4 - fragment korpusu pojemnika widoku bocznym w powiekszeniu, fig. 5 - pojemnik znicza bez pokrywki w widoku perspektywicznym. Pojemnik znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzony jest z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, na która mozna nakladac lub nakrecac pokrywke, a od dolu podstawa. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma postac bryly utworzonej z niskiej walcowej czesci górnej przechodzacej lukiem w zweza- jaca sie do dolu czesc stozkowa utworzona z czterech wystajacych wybrzuszen. Na powierzchniach wybrzuszen polozonych w czesci górnej korpusu znajduja sie platy pokrywajace od góry te po- wierzchnie i przechodzace w rozszerzajace sie do dolu paski polozone na bocznych powierzchniach wybrzuszen. Platy i paski wystaja ponad powierzchnie wybrzuszen. Na platach znajduja sie elementy ozdobne w postaci kropel zwezajacych sie w strone okraglej kropli polozonej od strony zewnetrznej korpusu. W jednym widoku bocznym pokazanym na fig. 4, obrzeza platów i pasków sasiadujacych wybrzuszen wyznaczaja zarys duzego serca, w którym w czesci górnej z opadajacych obrzezy platów wystaje element ozdobny w postaci kropli. W korpusie zawarte sa cztery duze serca. W innym widoku bocznym pokazanym na fig. 1, pomiedzy skrajnymi wybrzuszeniami znajduje sie wybrzuszenie cen- tralne, po którego obu stronach bocznych znajduja sie elementy ozdobne w postaci kropli. Korpus w widoku z góry ma zarys kola, do którego przylegaja cztery figury, kazda w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata o wybrzuszonych bokach i zaokraglonym wierzcholku. Na powierzchniach trójkatów znajduja sie platy, na których widnieja elementy ozdobne w postaci kropel zwezajacych sie w strone okraglej kropli polozonej od strony zewnetrznej korpusu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma postac bryly utworzonej z niskiej walcowej czesci górnej przechodzacej lukiem w zwezajaca sie do dolu czesc stozkowa utworzona z czterech wy- stajacych wybrzuszen. 2. Na powierzchniach wybrzuszen polozonych w czesci górnej korpusu znajduja sie platy pokrywajace od góry te powierzchnie i przechodzace w rozszerzajace sie do dolu paski polozone na bocznych powierzchniach wybrzuszen. Platy i paski wystaja ponad po- wierzchnie wybrzuszen. Na platach znajduja sie elementy ozdobne w postaci kropel zwe- zajacych sie w strone okraglej kropli polozonej od strony zewnetrznej korpusu. 3. W jednym widoku bocznym, obrzeza platów i pasków sasiadujacych wybrzuszen wyzna- czaja zarys duzego serca, w którym w czesci górnej z opadajacych obrzezy platów wysta- je element ozdobny w postaci kropli. W korpusie zawarte sa cztery duze serca. 4. W innym widoku bocznym, pomiedzy skrajnymi wybrzuszeniami znajduje sie wybrzusze- nie centralne, po którego obu stronach bocznych znajduja sie elementy ozdobne w postaci kropli. 5. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a candle holder with a lid in a side view, Fig. 2 - a candle holder in a top view, Fig. 3 - a candle holder in a top view from another angle, Fig. 4 - a fragment of the container body in a side view in magnification, Fig. 5 - a candle holder without a lid in a perspective view. The candle holder according to the industrial design is made of a body terminated at the top with a head, on which a lid can be put or screwed on, and at the bottom with a base. The body in general view has the form of a solid made of a low cylindrical upper part passing by an arc into a conical part narrowing downwards, made of four protruding bulges. On the surfaces of the bulges located in the upper part of the body there are panels covering these surfaces from above and passing into strips widening downwards located on the side surfaces of the bulges. The panels and strips protrude above the surfaces of the bulges. On the panels there are decorative elements in the form of drops narrowing towards a round drop located on the outside of the body. In one side view shown in Fig. 4, the edges of the panels and strips of the neighbouring bulges define the outline of a large heart, in which in the upper part a decorative element in the form of a drop protrudes from the descending edges of the panels. The body contains four large hearts. In another side view shown in Fig. 1, between the extreme bulges there is a central bulge, on both sides of which there are decorative elements in the form of drops. The body in the top view has the outline of a circle, to which four figures adhere, each in the shape similar to a triangle with bulging sides and a rounded top. On the surfaces of the triangles there are plates on which there are decorative elements in the form of drops narrowing towards a round drop located on the outside of the body. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The body in the general view has the form of a solid made of a low cylindrical upper part passing in an arc into a conical part narrowing downwards made of four protruding bulges. 2. On the surfaces of the bulges located in the upper part of the body there are lobes covering these surfaces from above and passing into stripes widening downwards located on the side surfaces of the bulges. The lobes and stripes protrude above the surfaces of the bulges. On the lobes there are decorative elements in the form of drops narrowing towards a round drop located on the outer side of the body. 3. In one side view, the edges of the lobes and stripes of the neighbouring bulges define the outline of a large heart, in which in the upper part from the falling edges of the lobes protrudes a decorative element in the form of a drop. The body contains four large hearts. 4. In another side view, between the extreme bulges there is a central bulge, on both sides of which there are decorative elements in the form of drops. 5.
