Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do przechowywania w niej zwlaszcza plynnych artykulów spozywczych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1 oraz fig.1a, przy czym fig.1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z szerszego boku, natomiast fig.1a przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1 i fig.1a - butelki - jest to, ze: — jej korpus, tj. zasadnicza czesc butelki, posiada ksztalt splaszczonego, scietego stozka, przechodzacego w górnej czesci w walcowaty element, przy czym — na kazdym z dwóch szerszych boków butelki - w jej walcowatej czesci korpusu - umieszczony zostal ozdobny, fantazyjny motyw wykonany z galazek z liscmi; — w dolnej czesci frontowa i tylna powierzchnia korpusu ulega niewielkiemu rozszerzeniu, a nastepnie zweza sie tworzac podstawe butelki; — najwyzsza czesc butelki stanowi jej zamkniecie, przy czym — zanikniecie w dolnej czesci posiada ksztalt scietego lejka, którego dolny przekrój odpowiada srednicy walcowatej czesci butelki, natomiast górna czesc zamkniecia posiada zasadniczo ksztalt niskiego walca. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów.Fig. 1 Fig. 1 a PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLBottle The subject of the industrial design is a bottle, intended for storing, in particular, liquid foodstuffs. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and 1a, wherein Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a wider side view, while Fig. 1a shows the bottle in a perspective view. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and 1a – the bottle – is that: — its body, i.e. the main part of the bottle, has the shape of a flattened, truncated cone, transforming into a cylindrical element in the upper part, wherein — on each of the two wider sides of the bottle – in its cylindrical part of the body – a decorative, fanciful motif made of twigs with leaves is placed; — in the lower part, the front and back surfaces of the body expand slightly and then narrow to form the base of the bottle; — the uppermost part of the bottle is its closure, whereby — the closure in the lower part has the shape of a truncated funnel, the lower cross-section of which corresponds to the diameter of the cylindrical part of the bottle, while the upper part of the closure has the shape of a low cylinder.
