Opis wzoru przemyslowego Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza przejawiajaca sie w jego ele- mentach zdobniczych. Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt bryl zdobionych motywami kwiatowymi i geometrycznymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem jednej sciany, fig. 2 pokazuje dwie sciany, fig. 3 pokazuje oslone w rozlozeniu a fig. 4 jest przekrojem poziomym. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 jest bryla, posadowiona na niskiej podsta- wie i zakonczona dwuelementowym kolnierzem, zblizona do ostroslupa scietego o czworokatnej pod- stawie, którego sciany sa ozdobione wypuklym zdobieniem w postaci luków, dla których cieciwa sa krawedzie scian ostroslupa, przy czym pole miedzy przedostatnim i ostatnim lukiem jest groszkowane a na dole, przy ich koncach widoczne sa kuliste wystepy z przyleglymi do nich, naprzeciwleglymi sy- metrycznymi klotoidami, pomiedzy którymi widoczny jest trójkatny uzebrowany lisc i ponadto przy podstawie umieszczone sa trójkatne daszki z wierzcholkami dochodzacymi do klotoidy. Shields are known in the shape of solids decorated with floral and geometric motifs. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a view of one wall, Fig. 2 shows two walls, Fig. 3 shows the shield in an unfolded view, and Fig. 4 is a horizontal cross-section. The cover of the candle shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is a solid structure, set on a low base and topped with a two-element collar, similar to a truncated pyramid with a quadrangular base, the walls of which are decorated with convex decoration in the form of arches, the chords of which are the edges of the pyramid walls, while the area between the penultimate and the last arch is grained and at the bottom, at their ends, there are visible spherical protrusions with adjacent, opposite symmetrical clothoids, between which there is a triangular ribbed leaf, and additionally, at the base there are triangular roofs with their tops reaching the clothoid. Essential features of the industrial design The candle cover according to the industrial design is a shape set on a low base and topped with a two-element collar, similar to a truncated pyramid with a quadrangular base, the walls of which are decorated with convex decoration in the form of arches, the chords of which are the edges of the pyramid walls, where the area between the penultimate and the last arch is grained and at the bottom, at their ends, there are visible spherical protrusions with adjacent, opposite symmetrical clothoids, between which there is a visible triangular ribbed leaf and, in addition, at the base there are triangular roofs with their tops reaching the clothoid as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
