Opis wzoru przemyslowego Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza przejawiajaca sie w jego elementach zdobniczych. Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt bryl zdobionych motywami kwiatowymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje zdobienie sciany, fig. 2 - sciane z bokami obu zdobien a fig. 3 jest przekrojem poziomym. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 jest stozkiem scietym, posadowionym na niskiej walcowej podstawie i zakonczonym dwuelementowym kolnierzem, którego sciana, na okolo ¼ wysokosci od podstawy, ma niewielkie koliste naprzeciwlegle splaszczenia z glebokim centrycznym wglebieniem, na których znajduja sie zdobienia podobne do kwiatu nasturcji, którego srodek umieszczony jest we wglebieniu i ma widoczne preciki a zylkowane platki przechodza z wglebienia, po linii luku, na sciane oslony, prawie dochodzac do kolnierza. Covers are known in the shape of solids decorated with floral motifs. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the wall decoration, Fig. 2 shows the wall with the sides of both decorations, and Fig. 3 is a horizontal cross-section. The cover of the votive candle shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 is a truncated cone, set on a low cylindrical base and topped with a two-element collar, the wall of which, at about ¼ of the height from the base, has small, opposite circular flattenings with a deep central recess, on which there are decorations similar to a nasturtium flower, the center of which is placed in the recess and has visible stamens, and veined petals pass from the recess, in an arc, onto the wall of the cover, almost reaching the collar.
