Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona znicza w ksztalcie walca, umieszczona na okraglej podstawce i jej odmiany, przeznaczone do umieszczania wewnatrz nich np. swieczek, wy- miennych wkladów woskowych, olejowych lub lampek elektrycznych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b, fig. 3 – przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, and Fig. 3 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) grave candle cover with a base – fig. 1, 2) grave candle cover with a base and a cap with a cross – fig. 2 and fig. 2a, 3) grave candle cover with a base with cutouts and a cap with a cross – fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. – grave candle cover with a base – is that: – the grave candle cover is a three-dimensional, transparent element in the shape of a cylinder, placed on a base, the lower outline of which resembles a circle, and on which a decorative motif is visible around the circumference. The form of the design without designation of colours is applied for protection. The essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, i.e. the grave candle cover with a base and a cap with a cross – are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. the grave candle cover with a base, while an additional essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1 – is that: – the grave candle cover is closed at the top with a cap, the shape of which essentially resembles a cone truncated at the top, and which has a cap in its lower part surrounding the cylindrical body of the cover, with a small three-dimensional cross-shaped element placed on the generally flat top of the cap; – small holes are made in the side surface of the cap and the upper part of the cone, through which smoke and light can escape; – a decorative motif, made around the circumference, is visible above the widest part of the cap. The design variety form without a color designation is submitted for protection. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, i.e. the grave candle cover with a base with cutouts and a cap with a cross – are the features described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, i.e. the grave candle cover with a base and a cap with a cross, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and distinguishing it from the design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a – is that: – on the lower edge of the round grave candle base, on its The perimeter is marked with similar, small cutouts, made with a wavy line.
