Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem opisu jest wzór przemyslowy znicza. Oprócz jego przeznaczenia nagrobnego, znicz moze równiez pelnic funkcje lampionu ogrodowego, lub elementu wystroju wnetrz - swiecznika. Zgloszenie obejmuje dwie odmiany wzoru: fig. 1 przedstawia znicz w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia znicz w drugiej odmianie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa jego ksztalt i material, jak pokazano na ilustracjach (fig. 1 i fig. 2). Znicz posiada 2-elementowa budowe, sklada sie z podstawy (ze stearyna i knotem) i klosza z otworem wentylacyjnym. In addition to its intended use as a grave marker, the candle can also function as a garden lantern or as an interior design element - a candlestick. The application covers two design variations: Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the candle, Fig. 2 shows the second variation. The essential features of the industrial design are its shape and material, as shown in the illustrations (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). The candle has a two-piece structure, consisting of a base (with stearin and wick) and a shade with a ventilation hole.
