Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest abazur, przeznaczony do montazu, jako oslona elementów lamp sufitowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia abazur w perspektywie i widoku z góry, fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój abazurów w pionie, fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane abazuru w perspektywie i widoku z góry, a fig. 4 przedstawia przekrój abazurów w pionie. Istotna cecha abazuru jest to, ze ma budowe skorupowa z polaczonych podstawami dwóch trójkatów równoramiennych, o plaskiej podstawie (1) zas pobocznice stanowia, od góry scianka (2) skierowana ukosnie do podstawy, zas pozostala czesc pobocznicy (3) ma w przekroju ksztalt promieniowo wklesly, który zakonczony jest scianka plaska (4), natomiast wszystkie elementy abazuru stanowia monolit, jak wskazano na fig. 1 i 2. Istotna cecha odmiana abazuru wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze pobocznica abazuru uksztaltowana jest faliscie, jak wskazano na fig. 3 i 4. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the lampshade in perspective and from above, Fig. 2 shows a vertical cross-section of the lampshade, Fig. 3 shows a variant of the lampshade in perspective and from above, and Fig. 4 shows a vertical cross-section of the lampshade. An important feature of the lampshade is that it has a shell structure made of two isosceles triangles connected by their bases, with a flat base (1), and the side walls constitute, from the top, a wall (2) directed diagonally to the base, while the remaining part of the side wall (3) has a radially concave cross-section, which ends with a flat wall (4), while all the elements of the lampshade constitute a monolith, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. An important feature of the lampshade variation according to the industrial design is that the side wall of the lampshade is shaped in a wavy manner, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
