Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal w kolejnych odmianach na ilu- stracji, na której fig. 1 – przedstawia lampe trójramienna, fig. 2 – przedstawia kolejna jej postac, tj. piecioramienna odmiane lampy, natomiast fig. 3 – przedstawia lampe-kinkiet. Przy czym wzór ten, w kolejnych jego odmianach, pokazany zostal w widoku skosnie z boku. The industrial design submitted for protection has been presented in successive versions in the illustration, where fig. 1 – shows a three-arm lamp, fig. 2 – shows its next form, i.e. a five-arm lamp version, while fig. 3 – shows a wall lamp. This design, in its successive versions, has been shown in an oblique side view. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) three-arm lamp – fig. 1, 2) five-arm lamp – fig. 2, 3) wall lamp – fig. 3. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. the three-arm lamp – is that: – each of its three lampshades is a cylinder made of a light material and is surrounded at the top and bottom by a thin border, whereby – from the bottom, a substantially horizontal arm in the form of a block with a cross-section of a small square, made of a material resembling wood, is inserted into each of the cylindrical lampshades, – with a horizontal part each arm of the lamp is connected by two vertical elements, arranged – one at the part of the lampshade that is closest to the centre of the lamp, and the other opposite to it, on the side that is furthest from the centre of the lamp, – both vertical elements resemble blocks cut lengthwise, with a height slightly lower than the upper edge of the lampshades, and a lampshade is somehow inserted into them, – the centre of the lamp – from which its arms spread – is a small lower cylinder, decorated from the top and bottom with a small metallic element, – the upper metallic element is connected to a block with a cross-section of a small square, from which a metallic tube is led out from the top, inserted higher into a low, upper cylinder with a slightly larger radius than the lower cylinder, and both of them are made of a material resembling wood, – the upper cylinder is attached to the ceiling. A feature of the industrial design variant are all the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustration Fig. 1 describing the lamp, while the essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration Fig. 2 – a five-arm lamp – is that: – it has five arms.
