The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, while illustrations Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. Illustration Fig. 4 shows a chandelier with mounted glasses, which are not applied for design protection. Protection is sought for the spatial form of the design, without designating its colors or number of levels. A feature of variant 2 of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a rectangular chandelier for glasses, includes all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Figs. 1a, 1b, and 1c, with the essential feature of variant 2 of the industrial design being its rectangular shape. A feature of variant 3 of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3, i.e. a wall lamp for glasses, includes all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Figs. 1a, 1b, and 1c, with the essential feature of variant 3 of the industrial design being its semicircular shape.
