The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) lamp – fig. 1, 2) hanging lamp with one lampshade – fig. 2, 3) ceiling lamp with one lampshade – fig. 3, 4) ceiling lamp with two lampshades – fig. 4, 5) ceiling lamp with three lampshades – fig. 5, 6) ceiling lamp with four lampshades – fig. 6. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. the lamp – is that: – its lampshade is made of varnished metal or brushed metal; – the lampshade resembles a polyhedral shape in the form of a cuboid whose lower, square base has been removed. The form of the design without designating its colours is submitted for protection. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a hanging lamp with one lampshade, is all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing the lamp, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 is that: – a spirally twisted cable runs centrally from the upper part of the lampshade, the other end of which is inserted through a small element resembling a sleeve into the upper element of the lamp, wherein – the small sleeve is placed centrally in the bottom part of the upper element of the lamp, which is an element in the shape of a low a cuboid, with a horizontal cross-section similar to the horizontal cross-section of the lampshade, wherein the upper element of the lamp is made of painted metal or brushed metal. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, i.e. a ceiling lamp with one lampshade, is all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing the lamp, while an additional significant feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, which distinguishes it from the design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a hanging lamp with one lampshade, is that: – a tube runs centrally from the upper part of the lampshade, the other end of which is inserted through a small element resembling a sleeve into the upper element of the lamp. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, i.e. a ceiling lamp with two lampshades, includes all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing a lamp, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4 is that: – the lamp in the form of a ceiling lamp has two analogous lampshades, the lampshades being of different heights; – a tube extends centrally from the upper part of each lampshade, the other end of which is inserted through a small element resembling a sleeve into the upper element of the lamp, wherein – the small sleeves are placed closer to the edges of the bottom part of the upper element of the lamp, which is an element in the shape of a low cuboid, the horizontal cross-section of which is slightly larger than twice the horizontal cross-section of the lampshade, wherein – the upper element of the lamp is made of varnished metal or brushed metal. The protection is applied for in the form of a variant of the design without designating its colours.PL 22038 3 The feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5, i.e. a ceiling lamp with three lampshades, includes all the features described above in the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing the lamp, while an additional essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 is that: – the lamp in the form of a ceiling lamp has three analogous lampshades, the lampshades are of different heights and placed in series in one line, so that the two of them – the outermost ones – are the longest lampshades and the shortest; – a tube extends centrally from the top of each lampshade, the other end of which is inserted through a small element resembling a sleeve into the top element of the lamp, wherein – the small sleeves of the outer lampshades are placed closer to the edges of the underside of the top element of the lamp, while the middle sleeve is placed in the central part, wherein the top element of the lamp is an element in the shape of a low cuboid, the horizontal cross-section of which is slightly larger than three times the horizontal cross-section of the lampshade, wherein – the top element of the lamp is made of varnished metal or brushed metal. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 6, i.e. a ceiling lamp with four lampshades, is all the features described above in the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing the lamp, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5 is that: – the lamp in the form of a ceiling lamp has four analogous lampshades, the lampshades being of different heights and placed in pairs in two rows; – a tube extends centrally from the top of each lampshade, the other end of which is inserted through a small element resembling a sleeve into the upper lamp element, wherein – the extended tubes are of different lengths; – the small sleeves are placed closer to the corners of the underside of the upper lamp element, wherein the upper lamp element is an element in the shape of a low cuboid, the horizontal cross-section of which resembles a square and is slightly larger than twice the horizontal cross-section of the lampshade, wherein – the upper lamp element is made of lacquered metal or brushed metal.
