Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiszaca lampa oswietleniowa z jej odmianami. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2 – przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym w obu przypadkach przedstawiono wiszace lampy w widoku z boku. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in illustration fig. 1, while fig. 2 – shows its next form, i.e. a variant of the industrial design, and in both cases the hanging lamps are presented in a side view. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) lamp – fig. 1, 2) lamp with red lampshades – fig. 2. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. the lamp – is that: – each of its three lampshades constitutes a truncated cone made of a light material, whereby – from the top, a lamp arm made of a light material in the colour of wood is inserted into each of the conical elements, which consists of several parts connected to each other by joints, whereby at the place of each of the joints there are visible small dark circles, corresponding in diameter to the thickness of the elements constituting the lamp arms, – each of the three arms of the lamp consists of: an element inserted from above into the conical lampshade, which element is connected to a substantially horizontal element led towards the centre of the lamp, and then an element connected to it, similar in shape and size, articulated and directed downwards towards the centre of the lamp, connected to another, substantially horizontal element inserted into the central, lower disc of the lamp, from which a metallically shiny element is led vertically upwards, inserted into a wood-coloured sleeve, connected to a metallic, thinner tube connected to a metallic disc attached to the ceiling. The spatial form of the design is reported for protection without designating its colours.
