Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, przy czym wi- szaca lampa stanowiaca ten wzór pokazana jest w widoku z boku. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania jego kolorów. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustration 1, with the hanging lamp constituting the design shown in a side view. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. the lamp, is that: – each of its three lampshades is a cylinder made of a material with horizontal stripes, whereby – from the top, corresponding to each of the cylindrical elements, a lamp arm is inserted, which just above the lampshade has the form of an inverted funnel with gently rounded walls, and which is connected to a basically horizontal element, led towards the center of the lamp and constituting the basic part of the lamp arm, – the element which constitutes the basic part of the lamp arm consists of several parts, and so they are: – a metallic, horizontal element with a small cross-section, – under which a dark, massive, arc-shaped dark element is attached, bent downwards, constituting a fragment of a circle with a radius approximately corresponding to the length of the horizontal, metallic element described above, – and above which a dark, massive element is attached, bent upwards, constituting a fragment of a circle with a radius approximately 1/3 greater than the length of the metallic element described above, – wherein the massive, arched elements resemble decorative "glasses" when viewed from the side, – all three arms of the lamp shaped in this way are inserted into a central dark cylinder, constituting the center of the lamp, above which there is a vertical, dark post, and above it a dark cylinder of slightly larger diameter, which is attached to the ceiling.
