The industrial design being protected is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1. lamp – fig. 1, 2. low floor lamp – fig. 2, 3. floor lamp – fig. 3, 4. lamp with three lampshades – fig. 4, 5. lamp with two lampshades – fig. 5. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. the lamp – is that: – the upper element of the lamp, made of varnished metal, is an element in the shape of a low cylinder, and from its lower base – through a small sleeve-like element – a long sleeve extends vertically downwards; – a centrally positioned, vertically arranged, essentially rectangular lampshade frame is attached to the sleeve, with rounded corners; – the frame is made of wood; – within the vertically positioned, rectangular frame is the lampshade, almost flush with the inner edges of the frame; – the lampshade is an element resembling a cylinder from which the bases have been removed, wherein – the lampshade is made of material on a PVC foil, with – circumferentially – different colored stripes of material visible, as follows: a wider stripe in the lower part of the lampshade, a narrower stripe in the upper part, separated by a thin stripe, similar to the stripes surrounding the upper and lower edges of the lampshade. The spatial form of the design is submitted for protection, without designating its colors. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a low floor lamp, are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing a rectangular frame with a lampshade embedded in it, while the essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, and which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. from a lamp, is that: – the lampshade frame is supported on a long profile, constituting a sort of lamp leg, inserted centrally into the lamp base, the lamp base resembling an inverted bowl in shape and made of lacquered metal. The spatial form of the design variation is submitted for protection without designating its colours. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, i.e. a floor lamp, is the features described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 2, describing a low floor lamp, while the essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and distinguishing it from the design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a low floor lamp, is that: – the generally rectangular frame of the lampshade is relatively wider than the frame of the low floor lamp, just as the lampshade placed in it has a larger horizontal cross-section than the cross-section of the lampshade of the low floor lamp; – the lampshade frame is supported by a relatively long profile, acting as a lamp leg, inserted centrally into the lamp base. The lamp base is shaped like a flat disc and is made of lacquered metal. The protection is sought for the three-dimensional form of the design variation, without specifying its colors. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, i.e. a lamp with three lampshades, are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing the lamp, while an additional significant feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. from the lamp, is that: PL 22039 3 – its upper element, made of varnished metal, is a cup-shaped element, and from its lower surface – through a small sleeve-like element – a sleeve is led vertically downwards to which a horizontally attached A longitudinal element in the shape of a rectangular strip, under which three rectangular lampshade frames, made of wood, arranged in series and connected, are attached. The frames are arranged laterally and in series with each other, with the central frame connected to each of the two outer frames by horizontal connectors – one upper and one lower, and these in turn are connected by two, significantly thinner and longer, vertical elements. Protection is sought for the three-dimensional form of the design variation, without designating its colors. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5, i.e. a lamp with two lampshades, is the feature described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 4, describing a lamp with three lampshades, while an additional significant feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5 and distinguishing it from the design variant shown in Fig. 4, i.e. a lamp with three lampshades, is that: – two rectangular frames arranged in series and connected to each other in a similar way to the rectangular frames described above, are attached to a horizontal longitudinal element in the shape of a rectangular strip, which is shorter in the ceiling lamp. The protection is applied for in the form of a three-dimensional variation of the design without designating its colors.
