Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac listwy nadana przez struktu- re, material, kolorystyke oraz ornamentacje wypelnienia listwy przeznaczonej w szczególnosci jako ele- ment zespolu odplywu liniowego stosowanego w kabinach prysznicowych, brodzikach itp. urzadzeniach. Listwa stanowi wytwór w ksztalcie bryly, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata. Na rysunku kolejne figury przedstawiaja niepelne widoki z góry odmian listwy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. The subsequent figures in the drawing represent incomplete top views of variations of the strip according to the industrial design. Essential features of the industrial design: – Each linear drain strip has a filling in the form of elements embedded in a waterproof material, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. – The embedded elements are of natural origin, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. – The embedded elements are synthetic, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. – The embedded elements have regular shapes, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. – The embedded elements have different colors, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. – The waterproof material is colorless, as shown in Fig. 1. – The waterproof material is colored, as shown in Fig. 2.
