Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac listwy nadana przez strukture, material, kolorystyke oraz ornamentacje wypelnienia listwy przeznaczonej w szczególnosci jako element zespolu odplywu liniowego stosowanego w kabinach prysznicowych, brodzikach itp. urzadzeniach. Listwa stanowi wytwór w ksztalcie bryly, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata. The strip is a solid product, which, when viewed from above, has the shape of an elongated rectangle. The subsequent figures in the drawing show incomplete top views of strip variations according to the industrial design. Essential features of the industrial design: Each linear drain strip has a filling in the form of elements embedded in a waterproof material, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
