The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustration 1, with the hanging lamp constituting the design shown in a side view. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. the lamp, is that: – each of its three lampshades is a cylinder made of a material with horizontal stripes, whereby – from the top, an arm is inserted into each of the cylindrical elements, which is connected to a horizontal element, led towards the center of the lamp and decorated with an element attached to it and directed downwards, essentially vertical and tapering downwards, so to speak, "cuddled" with the lampshade, – centrally located at the top is a dark disc, into which the described three lamp arms are inserted, attached to the bottom of a larger diameter disc attached to the ceiling. The spatial form of the design is applied for protection without designating its colors.
