The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustration Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. List of variants of the industrial design: 1. lamp – Fig. 1, 2. ceiling lamp with three lampshades – Fig. 2, 3. lamp with three lampshades – Fig. 3, 4. lamp with two lampshades – Fig. 4, 5. low floor lamp – Fig. 5, 6. floor lamp – Fig. 6, 7. wall lamp – Fig. 7. An essential feature of the industrial design presented in illustration Fig. 1, i.e. the lamp – is that: The upper element of the lamp, made of varnished metal, is a small, bowl-shaped element with a long sleeve extending vertically downwards from its lower, convex surface; a centrally positioned, vertically arranged, essentially rectangular lampshade frame is attached to the sleeve, opened in its lower part by removing the central section of its lower base and whose corners, like its free lower ends, have been rounded; the frame is made of wood; the lampshade is mounted inside the vertically positioned, rectangular frame, almost flush with the inner edges of the frame; the lampshade is a cylinder-shaped element with the bases removed, with a decorative motif cut out of the side surface of the lampshade, distributed around the perimeter of the lampshade and created from regularly repeating patterns; the lampshade is made of PVC. The design variant presented in Fig. 2, i.e., a ceiling lamp with three lampshades, is protected by the three-dimensional form, without designating its colors. The design variant presented in Fig. 1, i.e., a ceiling lamp with three lampshades, is characterized by the features described above for the design variant presented in Fig. 1, describing a lamp. An additional essential feature of the design variant presented in Fig. 2 is that: a longitudinal element in the shape of a rectangular strip is attached horizontally to the upper sleeve, under which in turn are attached three rectangular frames arranged in series, analogous to the one described above, with the middle frame connected to each of the two outer frames by two horizontal connectors – one upper and one lower; a lampshade is embedded within each of the three vertically arranged rectangular frames. The design variant presented in Fig. 2, without designating its colors, is protected by the three-dimensional form, without designating its colors. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, i.e., a lamp with three lampshades, is the features described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 2, describing a ceiling lamp with three lampshades. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, which distinguishes it from the design variant shown in Fig. 2, i.e., a lamp with three lampshades, is that: instead of a sleeve, three wires lead out from the upper, bowl-shaped element of the lamp, to which three rectangular frames analogous to those described above, with lampshades embedded within them, arranged in series, are directly attached, so that each wire is inserted into one of the three frames. Protection is sought for the three-dimensional form of the design variant, without designating its colors. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, i.e. a lamp with two lampshades, are the features described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 3, describing a lamp with three lampshades. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4, which distinguishes it from the design variant shown in Fig. 3, i.e. a lamp with three lampshades, is that: PL 21382 3 - two wires lead out from the upper cup-shaped element of the lamp, to which two rectangular frames, analogous to those described above, with lampshades embedded in them, are directly attached, in such a way that each wire is inserted into one of the two frames. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5, i.e. a low floor lamp, are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing a lamp. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. a lamp, is that: ? the essentially rectangular frame of the lampshade is positioned vertically, with its "open" base facing upwards; ? the frame is supported on a tripod made of varnished metal, and to which it is connected via a sleeve extending vertically downwards from the frame. The spatial form of the design variant is applied for protection, without designating its colours. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 6, i.e. a floor lamp, is the features described above for the features of the design variant shown in Fig. 5, describing a low floor lamp. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 6, which distinguishes it from the design variant shown in Fig. 5, i.e. a low floor lamp, is that: the essentially rectangular frame of the lampshade is relatively wider, and like the lampshade within it, has a larger horizontal cross-section; the frame is supported by a relatively high tripod made of lacquered metal, the profiles of which are additionally connected in the upper part by a horizontal element in the shape of a rounded profile. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 7, i.e. a wall lamp, are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, describing a lamp. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 7, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. a lamp, is that: ? instead of the upper element of the lamp, there is a side element of the wall lamp, made of lacquered metal, and which consists of a generally curved C-shaped profile, set horizontally, with the bulge upwards, under which a rectangular lampshade frame is attached.
