Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji, przy czym fig. 1 – przedstawia lampe piecioramienna, natomiast fig. 2 – przedstawia trójramienna odmiane lampy. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) lampa piecioramienna z piecioma kloszami – fig. 1, 2) lampa trójramienna z trzema kloszami – fig. 2. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in the illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a five-arm lamp, while Fig. 2 shows a three-arm lamp variant. List of industrial design variations: 1) five-armed lamp with five lampshades – Fig. 1, 2) three-armed lamp with three lampshades – Fig. 2. A common, significant feature of the individual industrial design variations shown in Figs. 1 to 2 is that: – the highest element of the lamp resembles a wide, dark, low cylinder, to the lower base of which are attached low sleeves, from the centers of which tubes extend – initially vertically –. As they move away from the wide, dark, low cylinder and approach the cylindrical, dark elements of the lamp, at the ends of the arms, in which the decorative light bulbs are placed – they are bent, bending outwards, with one of the dark tubes entwining the other dark tubes in their upper part. Protection is sought in the form of the design without designating the colors.
