Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampka elektryczna w ksztalcie swieczki przeznaczona do umieszczania jej w szczególnosci na podstawkach zniczy nagrobnych i kaganków, sluzaca jako dlugo palaca sie lampka imitujaca swieczke. W tym celu, w srodku lampki montuje sie zasilajaca ja baterie. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b i fig. 2c - ilustruja jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. Na ilustracji fig. 1 przedstawiono wzór w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig. 2 - przedsta- wia odmiane wzoru w widoku z boku, na ilustracji fig. 2a - przedstawiono dodatkowo element odmiany wzoru, tj. sama oslonke lampki, fig. 2b - przedstawia odmiane wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym od spodu, zas fig. 2c - przedstawia wszystkie elementy odmiany wzoru w niewielkim ich odsunieciu, po- kazujac tym samym laczenie poszczególnych elementów. For this purpose, a battery is mounted inside the lamp to power it. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figure 2, Figure 2a, Figure 2b, and Figure 2c illustrate its subsequent form, i.e., a variation of the industrial design. Fig. 1 shows the design in a perspective view, while fig. 2 shows a side view of the design variant; fig. 2a additionally shows an element of the design variant, i.e. the lamp cover itself; fig. 2b shows the design variant in a perspective view from the bottom; and fig. 2c shows all elements of the design variant slightly offset, thus showing the connection of the individual elements. List of industrial design variants: 1) candle-shaped electric lamp - fig. 1, 2) candle-shaped electric lamp with cover - fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b and fig. 2c. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. - an electric lamp in the shape of a candle, the body of which is essentially an elongated, cylindrical element, closed at the top with a flat bottom, on which in the center is placed an element in the shape of an essentially cone with slight grooves, imitating the flame of a burning candle - is that: - at the bottom, the closed body is an element in the shape of a low cylinder, the horizontal cross-section of which is slightly larger than the horizontal cross-section of the body; - on the side surface of the cylinder, in its lower part, small, substantially opposite projections are visible. The form of the design without designation of colors is applied for protection. The essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b and Fig. 2c, i.e. a candle-shaped electric lamp with a cover - are the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1, i.e. a candle-shaped electric lamp, while an additional essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b and Fig. 2c, which distinguishes it from the design shown in Fig. 1 - is that: the lamp cover is an elongated, cylindrical, transparent element, the horizontal cross-section of which corresponds to the horizontal cross-section of the lamp; – at the base of the cover there is a ring-shaped extension, enabling the cover to be placed on the lamp body.
