The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and 1a, while Fig. 2, 2a, Fig. 3, 3a, Fig. 4, and 4a present its subsequent forms, i.e. variations of the industrial design. In illustrations Fig. 1, 2, 3a, and 4a, the design and its variants are shown in a perspective view from below, while in illustrations Fig. 1a, 2a, and 4, the design and its variants are shown in a perspective view from the side and slightly from below, while Fig. 3 shows a variation of the design from the side. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1. lamp - fig. 1 and fig. 1a, 2. lamp with cup-shaped lampshades - fig. 2 and fig. 2a, 3. lamp with three arms - fig. 3 and fig. 3a, 4. lamp with three arms and cup-shaped lampshades - fig. 4 and fig. 4a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 and fig. 1a, i.e. the lamp - is that: - the upper element of the lamp is round, and to its surface, centrally from the bottom, a decorative glass element is attached, in the shape of a small, elongated, slightly shiny ball; - from the surface of the round element, several lamp arms are extended, spaced evenly in relation to the glass decorative element; - each lamp arm has the shape of a profiled thin tube, initially - straight on a short section - and then bent into a C-shape, through an arched inflection and directed with the outer, extended end slightly downwards, wherein - each arm with its free end overlaps as if under the neighbouring arm, so that as a result, the outline of the lamp arms is enclosed within a figure resembling a circle; - from each lamp arm, closer to its free end, slightly arc-shaped rods are extended towards the centre of the lamp, the outline of which is also enclosed within a figure resembling a circle; - the outer end of each rod is terminated by a decorative glass element elongated in the shape of a shimmering, flattened teardrop; - the outer end of each arm is terminated by a cup-shaped element. The three-dimensional form of the design is claimed for protection, without designating its colors. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, i.e. a lamp with cup-shaped lampshades, is all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, describing the lamp, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a is that: - at the end of each arm, under the cup-shaped element, a lampshade is placed, wherein - each lampshade is made of matt white glass and resembles an inverted glass in shape slightly barrel-shaped cup downwards. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, i.e. a lamp with three arms, includes all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, describing the lamp, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a is that: - the highest element of the lamp is a bowl-shaped element, from which a tube-shaped element extends centrally and vertically downwards, to which another spherical lamp element is attached, while a glass decorative element is attached centrally from the bottom to the surface of the sphere, in in the shape of a small, elongated, slightly shiny ball; - from the surface of the ball three lamp arms extend essentially horizontally, spaced evenly in relation to the glass decorative element. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a, i.e. a lamp with three arms and cup-shaped lampshades, includes all the features described above for the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, describing the lamp, while in addition PL 20276 3 an essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a is that: - the highest element of the lamp is a cup-shaped element, from which a tube-shaped element is led out centrally and vertically downwards, to which another element of the lamp is attached in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a, The lamp is spherical in shape, with a decorative glass element in the shape of a small, slightly elongated, shiny ball attached centrally from the bottom of the sphere's surface; - three lamp arms extend horizontally from the surface of the sphere, spaced evenly in relation to the decorative glass element; - each of the three lamp shades is made of matte white glass and resembles a slightly barrel-shaped goblet turned downwards.
