The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a - present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. List of variants of the industrial design: 1) lamp - Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, 2) lamp with cup-shaped lampshades - Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, 3) lamp with three arms - Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, 4) lamp with three arms and cup-shaped lampshades - Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, i.e. the lamp, is that: - the highest element of the lamp is shaped like a bowl-shaped element, to the surface of which, centrally from the bottom, decorative glass elements are attached, one in the shape of a small ball and the other - attached to the ball - larger, in the shape of a slightly elongated, shiny ball; - from the surface of the bowl-shaped element there are several lamp arms arranged evenly in relation to the glass elements; - each of the arms of the lamp has the shape of a profiled thin tube, initially directed essentially almost straight downwards and slightly arched outwards, then bent essentially horizontally through an arched bend and directed upwards, and then - bent in a C-shape and directed slightly downwards with the outer end, whereby - the arms closer to their arched bends are interlaced with each other in such a way that one of the two adjacent arms is placed under the arched bend of the other, adjacent arm (and the other is placed under the arched bend of the next arm, etc.), so that, as a result, the outline of the lamp arms is enclosed within a figure resembling a circle; - from each of the lamp arms, generally closer to its U-shaped bend, there are rods, arched towards the center of the lamp and directed slightly upwards; - the outer end of each rod is terminated by a glass decorative element, elongated in the shape of a flattened teardrop; - the outer end of each arm is terminated by a cup-shaped element under which the lamp shade is placed. The three-dimensional form of the design is submitted for protection, without designating its colors. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, i.e. a lamp with cup-shaped lampshades, is all the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, describing the lamp, while an additional feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a is that: - each of the five lampshades is made of matt white glass and resembles a slightly barrel-shaped cup turned downwards. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, i.e. a lamp with three arms, includes all the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, describing the lamp, while an additional feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a is that: - three lamp arms are derived from the surface of the cup-shaped element, spaced evenly in relation to the glass elements.
