Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest abazur, przeznaczony do montazu jako oslona elementów lamp sufitowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia abazur w perspektywie i widoku z góry, fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane abazuru w perspektywie i widoku z góry, a fig. 3 przedstawia przekrój abazurów w pionie. Istotna cecha abazuru jest to, ze ma budowe skorupowa wycinka kola, o plaskiej podstawie (1), która tworzy dwa boki (2) i (3) tworzace miedzy soba kat prosty, natomiast trzeci bok (4) uksztaltowany jest promieniowo, którego pobocznice tworza usytuowane do siebie pod katem prostym scianki (5) i (6), które dalej lacza sie ze scianka (7) o ksztalcie wkleslo-wypuklym, która dalej laczy sie ze scianka (8) skosna, a wszystkie elementy abazuru tworza monolit, jak wskazano na fig. 1 i 3. An important feature of the lampshade is that it has a shell structure of a circular sector, with a flat base (1), which forms two sides (2) and (3) forming a right angle between them, while the third side (4) is shaped radially, the side walls of which form walls (5) and (6) situated at right angles to each other, which are further connected to a wall (7) of a concave-convex shape, which is further connected to an oblique wall (8), and all the elements of the lampshade form a monolith, as shown in fig. 1 and 3. An important feature of the lampshade variant according to the industrial design is that the side (3) is straight, and all the elements of the lampshade variant form a monolith, as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
