Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zyrandol, przeznaczony do wyposazenia sal koncertowych, kosciolów i innych wnetrz o charakterze reprezentacyjnym o wystroju historycznym, historyzujacym i wspólczesnym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz uklad i grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia zyrandol w widoku z boku. Fig. 2 – przedstawia zyrandol w widoku z góry. Zyrandol posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie: ? w widoku z boku posiada ksztalt prostokatnej podstawy, na której w równych odleglosciach sa osadzone oprawy oswietleniowe o ksztalcie czworoboku, calosc polaczona jest od srodkowej czesci metalowymi, rozmieszczonymi promieniscie elementami, które stanowia zawieszenie, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, ? w widoku z góry posiada okragly ksztalt na którym w równych odleglosciach sa osadzone oprawy oswietleniowe o kwadratowym przekroju, calosc polaczona jest od srodkowej czesci duzego okregu metalowymi rozmieszczonymi promieniscie elementami, które stanowia zawieszenie, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterizing form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes and the layout and thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures represent: Fig. 1 – shows the chandelier in a side view. Fig. 2 – shows the chandelier in a top view. The chandelier has essential features of an industrial design, where: ? in a side view it has the shape of a rectangular base on which quadrangular lighting fixtures are mounted at equal distances, the whole is connected from the central part by metal elements arranged radially, which constitute the suspension, as shown in Fig. 1, - in a top view it has a round shape on which square cross-section lighting fixtures are mounted at equal distances, the whole is connected from the central part of the large circle by metal elements arranged radially, which constitute the suspension, as shown in Fig. 2.
