Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest siedzisko, przeznaczone do wyposazenia wnetrz wspólczesnych, historycznych i historyzujacych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz uklad i grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia siedzisko okragle w widoku z przodu. Fig. 1a – przedstawia siedzisko okragle w widoku z góry. Fig. 2 – przedstawia siedzisko segmentowe w widoku z przodu. Fig. 2a – przedstawia siedzisko segmentowe w widoku z góry. Fig. 3 – przedstawia siedzisko segmentowe w widoku z przodu. Fig. 3a – przedstawia siedzisko segmentowe w widoku z góry. Siedzisko posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie: – siedzisko w widoku z przodu posiada ksztalt dwupoziomowy, górny o obrysie kola i dolny pro- stokatny; siedzisko jest osadzone na ruchomych kolach, sluzacych do przesuwania. W widoku z góry siedzisko ma ksztalt kola, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 1a. – siedzisko segmentowe w widoku z przodu posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu; siedzisko jest osadzone na ruchomych kolach sluzacych do przesuwania. W widoku z góry siedzisko ma ksztalt niedomknietego kola z wycietym srodkiem, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 2, Fig. 2a. – siedzisko segmentowe w widoku z przodu posiada ksztalt dwupoziomowego prostopadloscia- nu; siedzisko jest osadzone na ruchomych kolach sluzacych do przesuwania. W widoku z góry siedzi- sko ma ksztalt niedomknietego kola z wycietym srodkiem, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3, Fig. 3a. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, as well as the arrangement and thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures represent: Fig. 1 – shows a round seat in a front view. Fig. 1a – shows a round seat in a top view. The seat possesses the essential features of an industrial design, where: – in the front view, the seat has a two-level shape, the upper circular and the lower rectangular; the seat is mounted on movable wheels for sliding. In a top view, the seat has the shape of a circle, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a. – the segmented seat in a front view has the shape of a cuboid; the seat is mounted on movable wheels for sliding. In a top view, the seat has the shape of an open circle with a cut-out center, as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a. – the segmented seat in a front view has the shape of a two-level cuboid; the seat is mounted on movable wheels for sliding. In a top view, the seat has the shape of an open circle with a cut-out center, as shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 3a.
